Staff was friendly. Check in instruction was clear. Nadia was friendly and provided everything I needed to check in. Christine called me to remind me of the check out time even I made a mistake that I was supposed to check out one day later. She was very accommodating.

One night at the Hostel

At first we didn't realize it was a hostel. Second, we were calling for over 3 hours and no one ever answered. For some check to see if there is parking and just to avoid staying in a hostel. At first the whole process looks like a ghost hotel.
The room is good enough for what it is.
But the bad thing about the case is that when
I went to bring the obvious. The receptionist was rude and told my wife when she was leaving even though the time to leave was 11 and while she saw two children, one almost 4 and one 6 months old was rude and did the favor of sending her to a place to sit for a while until the car arrived. I wanted to call the police when my wife told me. My wife just didn't give any extra exposure. Personally I would never go again and yesterday we thought until the last minute to change place just after we had paid it was a shame to lose 68 euros and with the thousand zeros we went. Unacceptable as I said above no phone answer but only messages in the booking.
At his best that is next to the fun

非常極大後悔選這家！一個女櫃台很無理兇我讓人感覺她很歧視亞洲顧客！
我花兩夜的錢只是跟她要求第二條毛巾，因為我不喜歡重複使用很不衛生。她就跟我吵到不行，我毛巾髒了只好拿隔壁床沒人用的毛巾、她就把我當小偷看待！
The female receptionist was very rude to me. She was a very unfriendly and discriminating woman I have ever met in Europe! I spent two nights fees and just asked her for 2 towels, the tiny items which the hostel should offer the guests. But she not only refused me ruthlessly but also treated me like a THIEF! And took away the towel!

The hotel is in a good location. Staff are very good. The internet connection is poor.
