The apartment is old but very well kept. Very clean for the limited resources that they have. Kitchen was very equipped and super clean. Towel were rough but clean . Beds very clean.
Area is very convenient . Don’t need taxi for anything. You can walk to all the tourist spots and take metro to the airport.
The communication with the host was excellent .

Insalubre apart hotel en plaka grecia
We booked an apart-hotel in Plaka, Greece, with the purpose of enjoying two pleasant vacation nights, as we came from Chile and then planned to continue our trip to the islands.
Unfortunately, upon arrival we found that the room did not meet the quality standards shown in the photographs on your platform. We attach images as evidence, showing:
Damaged floor.
Bathroom and shower in poor condition, with dampness and mold.
Ceiling with peeling paint.
Sink with mold.
As soon as we checked in, we contacted the person in charge, who only offered us a discount for a future stay, which is clearly not feasible considering we are traveling from such a distant country.
When we requested a refund, we were told that the alternative was to leave the accommodation within 20 minutes, so they could find another guest. This was completely impossible, as we were at lunch at that moment, and it is unreasonable to expect a traveler to arrange their departure, secure new accommodation, and move their luggage in such a short time.
We even asked if it was possible to leave our luggage in a safe place while we looked for another hotel, but no solution was provided. For this reason, we were forced to spend the first night in conditions far below the minimum hygiene and quality standards that any accommodation should meet. Tomorrow morning we will leave the property, disappointed and having to alter our travel itinerary.

The worst aparthotel in Athens

The room was clean and in a good location. However, the mould in the bathrooms, uncomfortable beds and the ceiling peeling made it not a very nice stay.

Was located in a great area with a lot of touristy things nearby. Unfortunately the entire apartment I stayed in smelled of cigarettes despite there being a no smoking sign. Additionally could hear a lot of noise from the street , inside the halls and through the ceiling there was a lot of children loudly running around back and forth. The property manager was super responsive and easy to communicate with, leaving clear instructions. I stayed for just one night because I needed a quick and cheap place to stay, but would not recommend for a long stay. You get what you pay for with this one.
