Housed in an elegantly renovated neoclassical mansion, this is a boutique hotel furnished with antiques and featuring individually decorated rooms overlooking the Cretan sea or the garden with the old fountain. Hotel amenities include a 24h reception, WiFi in all public areas, sitting area with views of the hotel garden and breakfast room on the 3rd floor with panoramic sea view and laundry services with extra charge. Traditional breakfast buffet is served 7:45-10:30. All the rooms have bathroom with shower, WC, central heating, telephone, hair dryer, air-condition, ceiling fan and mini – bar (extra charge) and Wifi. TV and small safety box. Awesome!

I had 4 fantastic days on the top floor of the hotel. In one word great! Because the apartment offers so much more space than an average hotel room, you can enjoy staying in it for longer. Of course there is a minibar and air conditioning, 2 even. The space offers sleeping space for 3 to 4 people, but on your own it is certainly not too big or overdone! And the view is enchanting! It costs a bit, but then you get something!

Amazing views, amazing service, close to attractions

We stayed at this charming old world style hotel for three nights. The a/c worked great, breakfast was delicious and the views are spectacular. Also, every employee we met went above and beyond to help us and offer first class service. I loved Chania but I believe staying at the Doma had a lot to do with it.

Great Place!

Very beautiful and historical building like a museum. Very friendly and caring staff who also speak very good english. Breakfast was awesome and a great start to the morning with good offered hours. Great location for an across the street beach visit or short walk to old town and the old docks

A very charming place to stay

This hotel is very charming and on the edge comfy and breakfasts are excellent. It is not suitable for people wanting a beach holiday however. There is a bus that takes you to the Akrotiri Peninsula and it is about 25 mins to walk right round the harbour to bars and restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket nearby and the excellent new museum is in walking distance. Very nice friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful old style hotel with wonderful staff

Stylish, sophisticated and cultured hotel in the beautiful town of Chania with all its old Venetian charm . Rarely do you get staff these days who care so much about their guests . This place is exceptional with a beautiful garden , clean comfortable rooms and a fine library . Doma has a history , find out if you go there.
