Didn't like it.

I don't know where the good reviews came from, the hotel is far from the beach bus flights their few and inconvenient times, without transport nothing to do, meagre food, starvation don't die , dishes have to be cleaned up after meals are catastrophically understaffed was in other hotels in Crete this most unfortunate he. Not advisable.

As far as availability for access to the local bay, the 10 o'clock last shuttle made things inconvenient as the hotel had no sport or entertainment

The room facilities were just ok, the light of the bathroom was not working and we needed to ask fixing it right after our check in at 9pm. Air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work properly. The 3rd bed had springs making you very uncomfortable and we asked to change in a better one. The staff was kind and resolved our issues without problems. The hotel offered a all inclusive formula that attracted us, but in reality was like an office canteen just enoug to fill your stomach. Nothing really special, more or less same food everyday. The swimming pool was nice even if we didnt use much as we preferred going to the beach. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the nearest beach in Agia Pelagia. Overall I was not satisfied.

The staff were kind and welcoming. The place is extremely tidy, and quiet. It’s definitely value for money.
