Small but good
Very nice little hotel...family business..good services..handmade products..rather expensive..i was charged 3 bed room but it had only a twin bed and a sofa..a little bit unfriendly staff...

I will return because it is easily accessible and I liked it very much
Perfect location in the middle of all the villages of Arcadia

If you are thinking of staying here, you better think again. Our stay was a tragic experience in every way. Although we were informed by phone by the owner (who was away in Athens) that there was one last room without a balcony, what we saw was a space that seemed abandoned and uninhabited.
Points that make the hotel unsuitable:
• The cold was unbearable: The room was frozen with a radiator completely inadequate for the space, which was turned off. The person in charge brought us a fan heater which he then removed! In the morning we woke up in a "freezer" as they had turned off the heating, forcing us to sleep all night with our clothes on.
• Provocative behavior: When we complained in the morning about the lack of heating, the Manager had the audacity to tell us that we had turned off the radiator by mistake. No service attitude, only irony.
• "Patent" facilities: The bathroom was dark and the Manager brought us a... extension cord with a lamp so we could see! The TV was so small (the size of a postage stamp) that it was practically useless.
• Unreasonable charges: In a room that had no heating, they had difficulty giving us wood for the fireplace, while there was a note at the reception that the basket was charged €5. Unprecedented for a mountain destination.
• Zero silence: Due to the location next to the reception, it had no soundproofing., we could hear everything (voices, laughter, knocks) from the staff and the other floors, making sleep impossible.
Conclusion: Unacceptable hotel and even more unacceptable employee. I do not recommend it to anyone, not even for an emergency. Stay away!

Rude and unprofessional behavior
1 night 21/12/25 with 22/12/25 (95€)
Initially we were staying at the property for 2 nights, but unfortunately something happened and we had to cancel one night.
We arrived at the hotel on Sunday noon, we were welcomed by Mr. Stefanos, sweetheart, having the feeling of hospitality within him.
(The hotel was almost empty since it was Sunday and everyone had left and would be full again from the next day due to holidays.)
When we went to pick up the key to our room, we were given a room right next to the front desk. There I was a little stunned because the hotel was empty but I didn't say anything.
So we went to the room to rest and there we realized that the sound insulation was zero!!! That is, everything was heard from the reception (phone calls, speeches, etc.), who walked on the upper floors, staff cleaning the rooms, etc.
I'm calling "the lady" with whom I contacted to book the room, to tell her what troubles us and that we did not sleep all noon from the hustle and why would not put us in a room on the top floor, if there was availability.
Her answer was as follows: "WHAT WANT I TO DO TO YOU? WE HAVE THIS ROOM BECAUSE WE'RE FILLING FROM TOMORROW." (It is understood that we were deliberately placed in this room due to the cancellation of 1 night).
As a hotel employee, I have to say that I would not give this answer to a guest, who has a complaint and has paid a X amount to stay in the hotel. Especially 95€.
I would not PROTEIN so, just, for this behavior, in no case, this hotel.
The only good I have to mention is Mr. Stefanos and all his good mood to serve us!!!!

Greek Road Trip Stop 3
Stayed for two nights at this hotel, owned by the friendly Stefano, who is an excellent host.
We had a lovely room looking out to the mountains and village life. The room was large with a comfortable bed and crisp sheets. The bathroom is small but has a great shower with soft towels.
The buffet breakfast was excellent with some really nice touches made by Stefano himself.
The only negative being there is no aircon, which in the summer made sleeping a little difficult.
A really nice place in a different part of Greece.
