A Guesthouse With a Well‑Deserved Reputation — Believe the Reviews

Believe every single one of the highly-positive review you read online about Pefkakia Park Guesthouse.
My wife and I did, which led us to cancel a reservation at a waterfront/portside luxury hotel and book a seven-night stay at Pefkakia Park Guesthouse from June 8-15.
The photos are 100% accurate, and a genuine indication of what your accommodation will be if you stay at Pefkakia Park Guesthouse.
Giannis was waiting to meet my wife and me after we arrived by ferry from Naxos, and he took us back to the port the day we left Syros. Though I offered to pay Giannis for this, he wouldn't allow me to do so.
Maria, Giannis's mother, obviously takes great pride in Pefkakia Park Guesthouse, and she, as well as Giannis, treat their guests as warmly welcome and valued guests, almost like family. Honestly.
Service, location, comfort, quietness, and value for money make Pefkakia Park Guesthouse an excellent place to stay in Ermoupoli.
My wife and I couldn't be any happier with our stay, at Pefkakia Park Guesthouse, and we highly recommend it if you're going to stay in Syros.
We would definitely stay at Pefkakia Park Guesthouse if we are ever fortunate to return to beautiful and unique Syros.

Excellent! We will definitely go back!

We had read all the good words in the reviews but we did not expect such a surprise! There are no words to describe the kindness, educationality, politeness, willingness, service of Mr. Yiannis. We stayed for a night (unfortunately) our room was clean, had everything you need to rest. Mr. Yannis came to pick us up at night from the harbor with a smile, he made us coffee in the morning, gave us tips for our walk and freed us from the notion of luggage as he waited for us at the harbor to deliver them to us before we left again. We felt that we had our own man on the island and we will definitely go back when we return to the island! Thank you very much for everything and good luck!

Felt like home

Pefkakia

We had a very pleasant experience in this little hotel. The room was very comfortable and there was also a balcony overlooking the harbor. Excellent base to explore the city. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Super enjoyed it!

Ideally located, great value for money

Very friendly welcome. We had the Talhassa room with wonderful views of port and the two hills with the churches. Simple but well decorated and very clean.
Giannis and his mother Maria were very helpful and could give good tips.
Value for money very good.
