Good stay

We only stayed at this property for one night during our tour of Greece. Staff extremely friendly and helpful; excellent cleaning of the room (our 508 with a very large terrace) from the right size. Maybe to review the decor but it is a personal taste. Breakfast not very varied.

A beautiful hotel with an exceptional style.

Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior

Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I hosted the Delphi Forum for one night. I realized after leaving that I had forgotten in the bathroom of my room, a silver envelope of important value - and mostly emotional - and contacted them directly to inform them. They contacted after a while that the cleaner "found nothing" (!!!) and when I complained that I know exactly the place where it was forgotten and can not someone accidentally dumped it, but in any case the space must be checked, the answer was "I am alone and I have no man to go to check". When I realized that there was another person living in my room and therefore the check should be done immediately, the same response on non-availability continued. I asked to speak with the manager (owner;) of the Hotel, who still (4 days later) has not called me for a formal communication. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior that I never imagined I would face in 2026, with provocative indifference and lack of responsibility for the elementary, especially from a representative of the "heavy industry" of tourism, in an otherwise enchanting area and even within the framework of an internationally renowned institution, such as the Foru of Delphi, which should not cooperate again with this particular Hotel.

We went a period of decay. We had booked a double room and they gave us a room with 2 connected beds that opened up to each other if you were going to the center. We were informed at the reception and were informed that in the entire hotel there are only three rooms that have a double bed. We found hair on the sheets, the phone in the shower was peeled and the carpet wasn't very clean. The breakfast was missing resulting in people complaining as the hotel was full and not enough for everyone. Staff very helpful and polite. Unfortunately the girl in the morning was alone and definitely needed help with so many people to serve everyone, yet very polite and herself. For 120€ per night, unfortunately, it was not worth it. Still to say we had gone last summer where we stayed in a really double room in the same hotel and it was all perfect. This review is only made for improvement.
