fantastic place! good service and lovely cleaning. delicious food and nice waiters.
The rooms are beautiful and wonderfully large.
those who lived upstairs were very noisy, moving furniture around. but lovely calm and quiet otherwise.

Poor, low quality and not worth the money
To start, there are not enough sunbeds for all the guests leaving many to have to find seating else where and further away from the pool meaning constant wet trails everywhere and slippy surfaces across the entire exterior of the hotel and the lobby, there are 3 pools stated online however there are only 2 and one of which has a metal fence that gets extremely hot separating an area of the pool, there are no restrictions of inflatables in the main pool which is only big enough to accommodate a small amount of guests and the "O" shape of the pool gets regularly blocked by people on inflatables leading to blockages on narrow parts and crowding meaning free swimming cant be done, the Parasols are made of mesh so as nice as they look, they dont actually provide shade and are only on limited sun beds and not the rest of the seated area many guests have to sit at if they want to be outside or by the pool, the food quality is very poor and cheap. The themed nights every night of the week are a poor attempt unfortunately e.g. Mexican night which only served tacos to fit the theme were stale, thin and saw many being left by plenty of guests. Ice-cream bar advertised but in reality its a lone freezer, coffee shop advertised but is the same window of a pool bar where the very cheep and very minimal selection of drinks can be found, alternatively you can get fizzy drinks from the machine which on more than one occasion only served sparkling water no matter which drink you wanted. We had a leak in our bathroom the entire week resulting in a constantly wet and puddled bathroom floor and we exchanged £20 for €21 when getting towels and would be told wed get our full deposit back but got €20 back and wouldnt exchange how they did initially meaning the towels cost more and we didnt get our full deposit back. When mentioning only a couple of issues there was no apology for anything or any kind of reconsider we were simply ignored by hotel reception. The hotel may look nice on the outside however very cheap, poor quality and not worth the money youre paying. Still had a good holliday despite this but that was due to days out and the company rather than the hotel itself

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
From the start this holiday is not worth the money at all, looks pretty on the outside, terrible inside, towels are £10 or €10 each however do not use pounds as they say yes they will take it and give it back when giving the towels back however they do not and instead just give the same amount in euros back as we got two and gave a £20 note and on taking the towels back they said they do not have the £20 note and instead just refused and gave me €20 essentially making me loose money on a refundable deposit. Also the rooms are not maintained at all, leaks, dirty towels and bedding only swapped once in a 7 nights holiday. Also every alcohol they have is the cheapest unbranded version of the real stuff that tastes nothing like, and at that the selection is a maximum of around 10 drinks, cocktails and everything else alcoholic. So get use to drinking the same thing every day and night. Also the food is ‘themed’ every night for example, Mexican night was pizza with tacos and the usual boring all-inclusive buffet stuff however the taco shells were like thin cardboard and had barely enough filling to just not call it a shell. In all the food was boring and tasted awful every night, go and eat out the food was brilliant from the local places and I can’t express this enough DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff
We are still enjoying our stay at Oceanis Beach Hotel and I just had to share how truly lovely our time here has been. The facilities are wonderful — everything is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and the whole hotel has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The beachfront setting is absolutely stunning, and every part of the hotel feels so thoughtful and well looked after.
But what makes this place truly special is the people — every member of staff has been so kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel so looked after from the moment you arrive.
I want to give a special, heartfelt thank you to Spiros — he went above and beyond to arrange the most beautiful, thoughtful birthday meal for my boyfriend. It was such a personal, wonderful touch and made the evening so incredibly special for both of us. Spiros, thank you — your kindness and care really meant the world to us.
And Maria — what an absolute treasure! You’ll find her at the all-inclusive buffet, and she is just the sweetest, most warm-hearted lady. She always greets us with such a lovely smile, makes every meal feel so welcoming, and is truly such a wonderful part of this hotel. Maria, thank you for being so lovely — you brighten every day!

Really good stay
Really good hotel that ticks a lot of boxes.
It's in a great location with bars and restaurants near by. You have to try glory days FBI, brilliant for sport and the staff are fantastic, deffo worth a visit as they make you feel like your there favourite guests every time.
Putting sparklers in drinks, making jokes with you etc.
One day we went to watch rugby and football at the same time, within 30 seconds they had us sat down and both matches on 2 TVs side by side.
Sartaj indian is another I would recommend, we really enjoyed our food there.
But there are plenty of restaurants around which all were busy and look good so your in a good location if you want to pop out for drinks and food.
Old town Rhodes is 10/15 mins away.
There are buses that run regularly outside the hotel but they always look busy, we booked the hotel transfer service which was 9 euros for adults and 5 euros for kids return. You pick a time and it is there to drop you off and pick you up with no issues.
Old town is worth a visit, some lovely sights swell as nice bars.
Symi island and st George's bay are other visits you have to go to. We booked this trip through speaking to one of the companies on the old town.
High speed boat is what we booked which was fun.
Hotel itself
Food and drink were really good and what you'd expect of all inclusive.
Atmosphere around the place is quite lively which is great for families.
It could do with a few more activities going on at times.
Even a pool table or a games room would help.
Games are on between 11 - 5 with a gap for lunch.
Babou is an absolute superstar and gets you involved in games and really makes you feel part of it. Everyone seems to love him.
Spyros in the restaurant was incredible, he was always friendly and felt like he made a real effort every time we went in. Our daughter is a coeliac and he made sure each time she was well taken care of. He had no issues sorting a gluten free carbonara or pizza if she wanted it. He really made the visit with regards food.
Beach opposite with free sun beds which is an excellent option.
I recommend going across in the evening for the sunset.
There is a watersports place but it you want inflatable sofas etc you need to go to bounce and rides which is a 30-40min walk..I recommend walking there and then stopping for drinks on the way back.

Minor negatives
- not much closet space in the rooms
- the pool bar closed about an hour before the pool which doesn't make sense.
As good as it is, it's not quite as good as previous greek visit to other hotels. This is purely personal preference which is what stop it being a 5. Just missing a few things but it is a lovely place and of you have booked you will really enjoy it.
Not as many snacks options through the day as you'd expect compared to others but there is still some good options
