Great holiday
Nice stay at Bivalvia Beach Plus .It's self check-in but totally easy key box right next to the door.Modern clean room small kitchenette.Landlord always helps via WhatsApp immediately if you need anything or have questions.Very close to the sea class just crossing a piazza.All great

Horrible experience
It started off apparently well as a holiday. Despite immediately we found things that went very little such as the broken gate and we were promised accommodation the following day and telling ourselves “the important thing is to have the door closed” as if it were a fair justification, no one ever came to fix anything.
Second thing the cleanliness, nothing perfect, nothing that gave a scent of clean if not only and exclusively smells of sewer, coming from the drains of the bathroom and kitchen, which completely flooded the room! The bathroom was never cleaned, but there was only a towel change, likewise for the sheets. But now comes the “fun” part: after a whole day out, we return home and ON THE KITCHEN, exactly IN THE POT, a nice and big cockroach appears. The very first thing we do is to call Mike who closes the call in our face and writes on whatsapp citing “only messages”, we tell him the problem what it was and annoyed he replies that it is not a serious problem and proposes a change of hotel but going to read the reviews we find that it is worse than the Bivalvia, we tried to tell him to refund us the last two nights that were missing and that in this case we would provide in our own way, he refused saying that it was not his problem. Her only “help” was to send us a cleaning lady after hours, when she arrived she decided to answer my boyfriend in a hurry that there was nothing (just entered the apartment without even checking) and that she had to leave.
I conclude by saying that we proposed to him to bring someone who cleaned our room in detail and that obviously passed us a lot of disinfectant but his nice Response was to ignore us, without giving us any Response! It made us miss an entire afternoon and AT OUR EXPENSE we had to book another hotel! Faliraki is beautiful but if I ever return I will definitely not visit Bivalvia!

BEDBUGS in the room!
I have been bitten by BEDBUGS on several parts of my body in the room!!! I was shocked by the way the Manager decided to respond to the issue. Mike has implied that the rooms were very clean and that the bites were from mosquitos and that I was probably the one who had brought it in. I have shared pictures on this reviews so you all can see that the bites pattern is nothing like Mosquito's. I did not sleep well as I was terrified of more bites. AVOID such a place, not for being bitten by a insect that can easily be spread across. But for the way one prefer to "help". There are plenty of other opinions and service (assistance) is what matters most.

Cleanliness to be improved
I stayed at this property in August. Upon my arrival I discovered that it does not have a reception; to check in you need to contact the manager, who is friendly and helpful, via WhatsApp.
The rooms are narrow and long, medium new, but in my opinion very, very dirty. “Cleaning” is done every two days; moreover, the cleaning staff starts knocking at 8:30 a.m. only twice and, if they receive no Response, they do not clean. However, “cleaning” only means making the bed and changing towels. I found both bed linen and towels dirty.
The only very positive note is the centrality and proximity to the beach.

Faliraki - summer 2024
It is ok.You have everithing you want to feel good.The beach is close and station bus near the hotel.You can go everyware you want on the island.The manager Mike solve any problem and information.Must see Kalythea,Lindos,Symi island and Rhodos town.
