A Beautiful Hidden Gem.
Currently here on our 3rd day, what a beautiful little hidden Gem. Im here with my husband and 5 children, 2 are Autistic and we were quite weary as having twin Autistic girls we really have to make sure its suitable for them . Being a parent of disabled girls, we find many people stare and judge due to lack of understanding. Well this place is absolutely fantastic, all the staff Georgia, Alex the handy man, cleaners and all the staff are absolutely fantastic. They have all been extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Our flights where delayed !! So Georgia had made a little bag of goodies, water juice and cakes for us all ❤️we emailed previously to see if the rooms could be next to each other, we are staying in room 404 and 403 ,Alex on reception such a gentleman with being so helpful and getting the handy man to fix our daughters disabled pram, also giving us the correct information, All of the staff have welcomed us and the cleaners have kept our room spotless to a high standards.The rooms are beautiful and clean, always fresh towels and beds made. We are big travelers and to say how clean this place is, well you can walk around anywhere footless, and your feet stay clean !!! Breakfast has plenty of choice, all fresh and plenty to eat A Big hug thing is how peaceful this place is and the views are Heavenly. 5 for everything we will definitely be back, its such a beautiful hidden Gem.

A very lovely choice of hotel, you won't be disappointed!
We had an absolutely wonderful week at the Alkion Hotel. There were so many standout features. The setting was beautiful—spacious without feeling large, with rooms and facilities arranged across a lush green area dotted with olive trees that glowed softly when lit at night.
The pool was a real highlight: calm, inviting, and never overcrowded. Our younger daughter (7) made incredible progress with her swimming, supported by the lovely lifeguard who kept the atmosphere relaxed and safe throughout the day. The pool bar staff were equally delightful, serving great food from lunch to evening—our family certainly enjoyed plenty of tzatziki.
Breakfast each day was delicious, served from 8–10.30am, with a wide variety to suit everyone. We especially loved the Greek yoghurt and local pastries.
Our room was excellent—quiet, comfortable, and kept spotless by the thoughtful housekeeping team.
Finally, a special mention must go to Alex and Sam on reception. They were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, offering brilliant recommendations for local and further‑afield outings. Sam, in particular, made a lasting impression by spending time each evening with our younger daughter, helping her build confidence in stroking the hotel’s friendly cats. His patience and kindness meant so much to us.
We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here and truly wish we were back already.

Hidden Gem and a must !!
Not been to Greece for a number of years so I wasn’t sure what to expect as sometimes the accommodation can be basic. I was pleasantly surprised ! The rooms are spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There was a little self catering kitchenette with a full sized fridge which was very much welcomed to store cold drinks. The rooms were cleaned every day providing clean towels and the cleaners worked so hard in the heat always greeting you with a smile. The pool area and pool bar was always clean and tidy and the food and drink were very nice and reasonably prised. Happy hour was 8.30pm for a few hours so would be rude not to take advantage of this too !!
We stayed bed and breakfast and the selection at breakfast was great for all, fresh fruit, juices, pastries, bacon, all style of eggs, fresh bread and hams and cheeses - the list went on- something for everyone! The reception staff were so friendly and always happy to help! A big shout out to Alex and Salim who were very informative and helpful.
It’s a family run hotel and this shines through but honestly in my opinion they are smashing this lovely little hotel and credit due to the hard work they put in to making their guests trip as memorable and enjoyable as they can.
Don’t normally go back to the same place but we will 100% return here again.
Only down side was that it’s situated on a hill so if your not so fit or have mobility issues you may struggle to get up on to the top road where all the bars and restaurants are but other than that it’s a 10/10 from us !

Fabulous hotel
I loved staying at this hotel. It is so well run. it's spotlessly clean and the room is serviced every day. The staff are super friendly especially the receptionist Samir.
The pool area is a really nice place to hang out in, surrounded by pine trees with a sea view.
I'd highly recommend staying here.

Really nice.
Very nice and good hotel, highly recommended! Very nice and helpful staff, good rooms, nice view, nice and well maintained hotel area, everything you could want. Close to the beach and the village. By far the nicest hotel I have visited at similar destinations.
