Rocky first impression that turned into a wonderful holiday
I have to admit that after our first night at Atrium, I was almost ready to rush online and write a negative review. I’m very glad I didn’t, because by the end of our stay, our overall experience had completely changed, and we left with genuinely great memories.
The rooms are definitely outdated and could use some renovation, but the cleaning service was excellent. Everything was kept very clean throughout our stay, and the housekeeping team did a great job.
The dining area itself feels quite basic and budget-level, but the food was a very pleasant surprise. It was consistently fresh, tasty and enjoyable, with enough choice for the family.
The entertainment schedule could definitely be improved and made a little more varied, but Anna, Emi and Victoria were absolutely lovely. They were warm, friendly and wonderful with the guests and children, and really added something special to our stay.
The pools are fantastic and were one of the highlights for us. The service around the pool area was impeccable, and the entire team deserves a special mention. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. After a few days, they genuinely made us feel at home, and that personal warmth made a huge difference to our experience.
The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, which gives it a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The free transport service to the beach is also a huge plus, and the beach itself is fabulous.
So, despite our uncertain first impression, we ended up having a really great family vacation at Atrium. There are certainly areas that could be modernised or improved, but the wonderful staff, beautiful surroundings, pools, good food and warm atmosphere more than made up for them.
We left happy, with great memories, and we would genuinely consider coming back. Sometimes it’s worth giving a place more than one night to win you over. Atrium certainly did that for us.

our honest impressions.
we visited this hotel as a family of 3 for 4 days. We had high expectations since in the photos the room we booked seemed renovated and modern. However what we were met with was far below expectations. Not only did we realise the photos we had seen were ai-generated but also the room was terribly managed. There was mold in the bathroom and the room smelled from the sewers below. Although it was surely renovated, it looked extremely outdated in some aspects. As for the food, there was a great variety of foods available at the restaurant. We booked breakfast and dinner and we weren’t disappointed. The food was just fine. last thing I would like to mention is the pool, which was very family-friendly and quite big. The overall experience did not meet expectations.

Exceptional service and pure perfection – they went above and beyond!
We had an absolutely excellent holiday here, and we cannot praise the staff enough for their incredible kindness and hospitality.During our trip, I unfortunately had an accident and tore my calf muscle, leaving me on a crutch. As soon as the hotel team found out, they immediately moved us to a much more accessible room. Not only was it easier for me to get around, but it was actually an upgraded, better class of room—and they provided this to us at absolutely no extra cost.The outstanding service didn't stop there. The hotel's minibus driver was an absolute lifesaver, kindly driving me to and from the local doctor right after my accident happened.On top of the top-tier care, the amenities were fantastic. A special shout-out to the bar team—the beer is served in perfectly frozen glasses, which we absolutely loved!From the accommodating staff to the excellent service, our stay was just perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back!

Fab family time
We had a really great time. My boys loved the water polo game and all the other activities. They had so much fun, and there was always something to keep them busy. We booked a 10-day stay and enjoyed every single day. Every evening there was something different, such as a pool party, karaoke, a music quiz, Ouzo Bingo, and more. The entertainment team did an amazing job and made every evening enjoyable for both children and adults.

The best holiday!
We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Atrium in Greece, and we honestly couldn't fault a single thing.
We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the pools were fantastic. Our kids had the best time and didn't want to leave and nor did i!!
The food was excellent throughout our holiday, with a great variety and something for everyone. Every meal was delicious, and the quality exceeded our expectations.
A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, especially Anna wiktoria and em . They were absolutely incredible with both the children and the adults. The mini disco was a highlight every evening, and they worked so hard to keep everyone smiling, laughing, and involved. They truly made our holiday unforgettable and deserve so much more recognition for everything they do.
