Unfortunately disappointing
The rooms, however, are a disaster. I understand that not every room can be cleaned down to the smallest detail every day. However, we were explicitly told at check-in that the rooms are cleaned daily, the towels are changed every day, and the bed linens every two days.
During our entire 7-day stay, the bed linens were not changed a single time – even though we were in the room with a small child. The floor was merely mopped and the towels were exchanged, nothing more.
When we asked about the bed linens, we were told that we should have explicitly requested it. However, that contradicted the information we had received at check-in.
The food is very monotonous. Although there is a large selection of dishes, salads, and desserts, in the end, the offerings repeat almost completely every day.
My overall impression is unfortunately very disappointing. I would not book this hotel a second time. As beautiful as the property looks from the outside – when you actually spend a few days there, the impression is quite different.
