Very good!

It is located in a very good spot. It has easy access to the central, close to the center and shade in the parking spaces. Our room was recently renovated, clean and quiet. Breakfast included toast, coffee, juice, 2 slices of bread butter and jam. Outside there is a playground and a swimming pool. While we were there there were people cleaning the pool and outside area. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Great holiday, well worth it

I stayed for 2 weeks at the Peny Studios in Hanioti, Halkidiki. It was great!!! Although some of the staff were not English speaking they were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and were adequate. They are quite basic but most properties in Greece are so don't go and expect luxury! The studios have their own small pool which didn't get crowded and the beach is only 5 minutes walk away. You can hear noise from the mainroad that leads to Hanioti, but without a road, how are you going to get there!?! The resort centre has lots of shops which stay open late as most have a siesta during the day and there are lots of different restaurants nearby; Greek, Pizzerias etc. We managed to find a great cocktail/crazy golf bar too!

Απαράδεκτο κατάλυμμα

Αναφέρεται πως δέχονται σκυλιά. Μας ενημέρωσαν πως θα είμαστε στο ισόγειο όπου και βάζουν τους επισκέπτες με κατοικίδια. Οκ κανένα πρόβλημα. Το πρόβλημα είναι πως δεν είμαστε για πέταμα επειδή έχουμε σκυλί, το οποίο είναι πιο καθαρό από πολλούς ανθρώπους... Το δωμάτιο μύριζε υγρασία και φαγητιλα (καθώς έχει και κουζίνα ο χώρος). Η αποχέτευση στο ντουζ ήταν βουλωμενη. Ήταν βρώμικο(όπως θα δείτε κ στις φωτογραφίες). Όταν ζητήσαμε από τον ιδιοκτήτη να μας αλλάξει δωμάτιο μας είπε όσα και να μου δώσεις δεν σε βάζω στα πάνω δωμάτια με το σκυλί.

Απαισιο

Δεν συνηθίζω να κάνω αρνητικές κρητικές, ωστόσο απογοητευτικα πολύ. Το δωμάτιο εκτός από το ότι ήταν πολύ μικρό, τα έπιπλα παλιά, το κρεβάτι είχε ένα βαθουλωμα και ετριζε πολύ, δεν υπήρχαν πρίζες ούτε στο μπάνιο, ούτε στο ένα κομοδίνο που υπήρχε. Με αποτέλεσμα να φορτώνουμε τις συσκευές μας στη μία πρίζα της κουζίνας. Το καζανάκι έριχνε πολύ λίγο νερό με αποτέλεσμα να μην φεύγουν όλα τα ουρά και να αναγκάζομαι να ρίχνω νερό με κουβά γιατί αλλιώς μύριζε το δωμάτιο. Επίσης είχε τρομερή υγρασία (επειδή ήταν ισόγειο) και όταν σφουγγάριζα στέγνωνε μετά από 6+ ώρες!!! Τέλος το πρωινό ήταν ένα τοστ και μια φέτα μαρμελάδα.ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ. ψάχναμε την ρεσεψιόν 3 ημέρες και δεν βρίσκαμε. Μπορεί να είναι οικονομικό αλλά δεν αξίζει ούτε για ένα βράδυ.

Απαίσιο

Είναι το χειρότερο ξενοδοχείο που έχω επισκεφθεί μας βάλανε σε άλλο κτήριο που δεν είχε πισίνα ενώ είχαμε κλείσει με πισίνα πάρα πολύ βρώμικο δωμάτιο δεν μας έδωσαν ούτε χαρτί υγείας απαράδεκτοι ιδιοκτήτες απαίσιο
