Good hotel
The hotel is modest, but very well located in the heart of Kavos. The room is large and clean, all rooms have sea view or partial sea view
Sometimes it's noisy, but you will manage.
No beach with sand ,but you will find nearby (200m) nice sandy beach with sunbeds for extra money
The owner (Alex) was helpful and available for any request!
The A/C in the room is extra 10 euro/day
Maybe some nets for balcony doors or more umbrellas at the pool will be nice!
Overall is a good value for money !

Lemon Grove Kavos stay June 28- July 05
The hotel is located on the beach, however the beach cannot be used, it is dirty, full of sea grass. However, only a few minutes away by foot there is the main beach, Paralia Kavos. There are several hotels and beach bars that have beds and umbrellas. The water was clean, though at the shore there was plenty of sea grass.
The hotel probably knew better days. The bathroom was renovated and the sewage was very good, we had no problems. There was hot water all the time. No soap provided, the towels looked old and stained, however were clean and were changed upon request. So no complaints about the bathroom. The room itself was ok, we knew that we paid for a 2 star hotel so we did not have unreasonable expectations. The sheets were clean and could also be changed upon request. We had a fridge and a kettle that were very useful. For the safe we paid 15 euro for one week. The air condition also costs 10 euro per day, but we didn't need it. A big problem was the absence of a window net to protect from the moustiques. And the biggest problem was the noise at night. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, but the people (clients), mostly teenagers, were extremly noisy. They were all talking loud, laughing and drinking in the balconies and running on the halls and slamming the doors , with absolutely no respect for their neighbours. We tried to politely ask them to lower their voices, but it was useless, the noise lasted generally till 3-4 hrs in the morning. We needed ear plugs in order to get some sleep.
Close to the hotel there were plenty of travel agencies where we booked cruises and trips, they were beautiful.
To conclude, the hotel is good for teenagers and young people who do not plan to sleep at night or who have no problems with the noise.
Last, but not least, the manager (Alex) was very attentive. When we arrived at 8 am we got our room on the spot and he was very helpful all the time throughout our stay.

Absolute disgrace - just scammers and bullies - DON'T GO THERE
This hotel should not be allowed to operate. They are total scammers. They charged my teenagers 175 euros for towels and sheets that had some bronzer make up on it saying they would have to be binned. It comes out in the wash - I know I have washed it out many times. And for a table that had a bit of bronzer on it which was already broken when my kids got there and was supposed to have been replaced on the first night. They threatened them with the police. My teenagers phoned me very distressed as they didn't have the money on them to pay. Also they insist it is paid in CASH. I wonder why. They completely ruined my daughters 19th birthday. We booked this through Love holidays and I intend to make a formal complaint to them as well.

Bullies
Absolutely appalling "hotel " staff...threatening young people for dirty towels i.e. make up on them. Cleaning zero and then blaming young girls for their room being dirty. Extremely rude reception staff. Avoid this place at all cost if you are young as the staff are bullies and abusive...the worst place I've ever come across....filthy abusive staff horrifying

SCAMMERS WHO THREATEN YOUNG GUESTS DO NOT STAY HERE!
Please please DO NOT book this hotel! My son and his friends were threatened when they left after 4 nights by the hotel managers who were banging on their doors and harassing them demanding cash for dirty bedsheets! The room wasnt damaged, the bed sheets weren't damaged or stained whatsoever! They were threatened with the police and they are young lads so it scared them and they needed to leave for the airport so handed over 200 euros in cash.
