BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

First time I visited the hotel and of course having read the previous reviews. My stay in it left me the best impressions. Completely renovated hotel with spacious rooms, clean and with all the basic amenities (and a little more than those like demake-up wipes), hot water all the time. The breakfast is extremely satisfying having a coffee machine with various cafes (not just a filter) that is not usually provided. In addition the girl in the reception exemplary professional in the delicate line of professional communication and intimate communication.

Top choice

A modern hotel in the city centre with underground parking for cars.
Delightful warm rooms without missing anything beyond the small size of the tv.
The bathroom was perfect, nothing was missing, while the breakfast was full of all the goodies without missing anything.
I would highly recommend it to anyone who visits Kozani.

Absolutely Terrible

Worst experience ever… very very rude staff that doesn’t care about assisting you or even speaking to
You in an orderly manner… very very dirty … sheets torn, towels ripped and very dirty… shower flooded within two minutes of use… very very bad experience… i am sorry for them to have even
One star… stay away.. not a funny nor fun experience….

In the center of lovely city

Was good choice for us after long trip to start our long journey in kozani , near to the center of kozani , as well near to the public market they have ( every Saturday ) , good service and staff and there are many shops in the same street , nice at all
