Very nice and cozy.

I stayed there for a night, with my pet.
There was no problem about it at all.
The rooms are great, nice view, very nice beds and the water is really really hit ecery time you need it.
I am certainly going to stay there again.

Generally good

Clean rooms, courteous and helpful staff, but polite unacceptable breakfast.for the overpriced room price we paid [I was sure it was Ackria and we closed last minute, so to close room without breakfast]

COMPASSIONATE

We stayed one night in a room on the 3rd floor in the back of the hotel. Small room with 15 points balcony, clean but well-kept. The bathroom clean but with a small cabin for the shower. Compatible breakfast. The staff is polite.

Nice with basic flaws.

The hotel is nice and the rooms comfortable. In our room we had an issue with the lights, sometimes they came on, sometimes they didn't. Also the sink in the bathroom was constantly dripping. Something that made a very bad impression on me, is that there was no soap, no shower gel and we ran to find it in the nearby supermarkets to take a bath, something I had never encountered before in a hotel and it seemed quite strange to me, even though it had shampoo samples. The cleanliness was impeccable and daily. The breakfast had the basics, but if you didn't go down early enough in the morning you couldn't find anything to eat, because what ran out they didn't replace it and in general the quantity was small and there was no variety. The distance from the city was around 40 minutes, so if you don't have a car, combined with the uphills, it's far, especially at night.

A nice choice in Kozani

We visited Elena hotel during a business trip. It is definetelly a "value for money" choice. Breakfast was very rich, re: the category of the hotel. Even if Elena Hotel is not located in Kozani city center, you can reach the main square on foot in only 10 minutes.
