Best customer service by Sonia

We arrive earlier then the check in time .Sonia provided us an early check in and she was able to accommodate us one more night as per our request.
Amazing lady which paying attention to all details.
Provide us recommendations where we can eat etc.
We rent 2 apartments both clean and with everything you need when you are on holiday.
We definitely comeback next year as this is the second year we are choosing Elodia apartment.

Hugely disappointing

We booked a special week, having noted that the property description twice mentioned the word 'tranquil'. Reality is a steady stream of noisy traffic 24/7 thundering past the balcony. Unable to hear ourselves speak, the hotel standard accommodation soon became irrelevant, and we moved on.

Note the location compared with the photo

I've been on holiday from 9 to 16 august 2019 with my family and I found no garden or any open space to relax in and no quiet location. .The house is just on the main road, which is very noisy due to the lot of traffic. The photos in the website show the sea and the vegetation, which you can see from the balcony, but in the between there is the main and very busy road.

Εξαιρετικό

Πρόκειται για διαμερίσματα που βρίσκονται στην Νικιάνα, στον δρόμο προς το Νυδρί και λειτουργούν μόλις από το 2017! Ήμασταν πέντε άτομα και το πρώτο που μας εντυπωσίασε ήταν η καθαριότητα. Ακόμα και την ημέρα του check out ήρθε καθαρίστρια.
Οι χώροι είναι πολύ άνετοι για πέντε άτομα (δυο υπνοδωμάτια, μια κουζίνα ένας καναπές - κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο) και ίσως αυτό που θα πρότεινα ήταν ένα ακόμα μπάνιο.
Η εξυπηρέτηση που είχαμε ήταν αρκετά επαγγελματική, η υπεύθυνη των κρατήσεων πολύ ευγενική.
Γενικά, το Elodia αποτελεί μια πάρα πολύ καλή επιλογή για πολλά άτομα που θέλουν να κάνουν μαζί διακοπές στην Λευκάδα.
