Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable.

This hotel looks much better in real life than it does in the photos. The rooms have been renovated, the pool area is beautiful, and the view from every terrace is absolutely stunning. The beach is only a 3-minute walk away.
We stayed in apartment 273. The ground-floor apartments have larger terraces, which is a great advantage. The owner also has a lovely taverna on the beach, serving delicious food and drinks.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It is a good value for money. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, and towels and bed linen are changed whenever you need them. The place is very calm.

Holiday of relaxation

Great location, in the green above the bay and two passes by the beach of Desimi.
Large apartments with beautiful terraces, ours consisted of bathroom, double bedroom, kitchen, large living room and huge terrace with beautiful views.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, swimming pool and barbecue corner.
The owner also runs a restaurant on the nearby beach.
Quiet place away from the chaos of nearby Nydri.
Essential the car to get around.

TRANQUILITY AND SEA VIEW

The Filoxenia apartments (attention with the same name there are more facilities on the island) are located in a panoramic position above the beach of Desimi where the property owner runs a restaurant.
The building consists of 8 apartments (4 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor) all with sea view and, those on the ground floor, with large terrace.
The structure is simple, basic furniture, with air conditioning and parking, daily cleaning and frequent change of towels. Beautiful pool available, and beach below reachable in a few minutes walk.
The car is indispensable as the location is isolated, also be careful that it is not marked by any sign, once you arrive, however, tranquility and panoramic views are assured!

Buono ma migliorabile

Ho soggiornato in uno di questi 8 appartamenti nel mese di agosto. Il livello delle stelle è sicuramente dato dalla Location (a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Desimi), da una zona estremamente tranquilla, dalla gentilezza dei proprietari e da una piscina nuova. Ad abbassare il livello ci pensa la poca organizzazione sicuramente (il check in è avvenuto al ristorante del titolare con qualche difficoltà e quindi non ci è stato spiegato nulla sul posto; in appartamento sarebbe stato comodo uno straccio, una scopa e un ombrellone nel terrazzo; le pulizie avvengono tutte le mattine alle 10..e di per se è un'ottima cosa, ma non essendoci un cartello o qualcosa da poter mettere sulla porta, non si riesce a dormire oltre quel ora; c'è una sola lavatrice che risulta essere sufficiente per tutti gli appartamenti se tutti si organizzano). Altra cosa positiva, sicuramente la taverna (ristorante) di loro proprietà che oltre a essere situato sulla spiaggia di Desimi, offre piatti freschi, buoni e tipicamente greci.

Vacanza.

Ho trovato l'appartamento su booking.com. Come al solito la scelta da lontano è sempre una sorpresa. Ti vendono una struttura che sembra discreta, ma la realtà è diversa. Comunque lnel complesso poteva andare peggio. Quello che è un po' carente è sempre la pulizia. Il personale é disponibile e gentile. Ovviamente non c'è trattamento alberghiero perché si limitano a fittare l'appartamento.
