Lovely stay in a perfect location!!!

Nerina studios was an amazing place to stay! We stayed for 5 nights and loved being there - rooms were clean and perfect, the owner was super friendly and hospitable and gave us really good advice on what to do and see around the island. The location of the property is the best and the beaches nearby are the best on the island. We would highly recommend Nerina studios for anyone wanting to visit Lefkada whether you’re with friends or family. We can’t wait to visit again!

Very poor customer service :(

Unfortunately we had quite an unfortunate experience with this place. It will be important to share it as somebody else might face the same and should be prepared.
We booked Nerina Studious for 11 days in July (high season) and we were very excited about our trip to Lefkada and its beaches. However, 2 days before we go we got Covid :(, which was quite unfortunate but the owner of the place made it much worse.
I contacted the property right away asking to change the dates for Aug or Sep (in Sep prices are lower than in July) as we wanted to go. The answer was very rude, just said - "not possible, you will be charged the full amount if you cancel!" I was quite surprised by the attitude to be honest especially given Europe is in another Covid wave at the moment, my country is in the red zone and I was asking just for a reschedule due to e reason widely known by the whole world and they were very hurry to answer that we will be charged... Crazy about the money obviously, so quite pathetic! I asked if they prefer us to come with Covid given the thread that if we cancel will be charged the full amount. Again received rude and unrational response telling us about some sanity checks in the hotel...... On the next morning we got a message asking us at what time we will arrive! I was so shocked I asked for at least of a partial refund as I understood these people are not normal. They never responded and stopped answering ! So the bottom line - my family ended up being sick, losing holiday and money due to the very poor level of customer service this place offers!
Please have in mind the risk that you are taking booking their place and the attitude you might receive.

First visit on the island

Is in an excellent location, close to the best beaches of Lefkada. Very clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I would like to mention something, is the lack of shower curtain in the shower. For sure you can say it’s a value for money accommodation.

Κακό δωμάτιο

Το δωμάτιο σε γενικές γραμμές ήθελε παντού βελτιώσεις .
Πόρτα που δεν έκλεινε αν δεν την κλειδώνες ,παλιά κουφώματα χωρίς σίτες (είμασταν μέσα σ έναν ελαιώνα με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται... ) , ανύπαρκτος αποθηκευτικός χώρος μόνο μια μικρή ντουλάπα ,δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα σκαμπό ή καρέκλα μέσα στο δωμάτιο και τέλος το σημαντικότερο ΤΟ ΜΠΑΝΙΟ ...χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση όλο , το καζανάκι έκανε θόρυβο όλη μέρα λες και δούλευε αντλία και δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα μπάνιου .
Είναι κρίμα γιατι το δωμάτιο έχει πολλές προοπτικές να γίνει υπέροχο σε συνάρτηση με τον άψογο ιδιοκτήτη ο οποίος ήταν ευγενικός .
Δυστυχώς το δωμάτιο δεν άξιζε τα 70€ το βράδυ !

ήσυχο , καθαρό, mini κουζίνα, δίπλα στις καλύτερες παραλίες

Ήσυχο δωμάτιο μέσα σε ένα ελαιώνα , καθημερινή καθαριότητα από μια ευγενική κυρία , διέθετε parking ,βρίσκετε έξω από το χωρίο (καλύτερα πολύ φασαρία στο χωρίο ). Καλές τιμές σε σχέση με την περιοχή στην έρευνα που έκανα.
