Views to die for!!!
What an absolute find this place is!! Situated so close to the beach you can swim and be back to your room within a matter of minutes!!
The rooms are extremely clean, great water pressure in the shower and good air con. Good range of kitchen facilities and most rooms have two beds.
The selling point are the amazing views!! You can lay in bed and hear the sea lapping against the shore. And the views from the balcony are stunning.
All restaurants are within a 5 - 10 min maximum walk, which is completely flat. Just a climb if you want to head off the front!!

Perfect
We fell for the resort of Lourdas on our first holiday there about 20 years ago when we stayed in a similar property behind gardens just off the beach road, but which sadly closed when the site redeveloped. So we were delighted to discover Rosa's Studios which offered the same style of accommodation and facilities in a similar setting at the Lithero end of the beach and we booked without hesitation. What a find! - I actually have to thank my friend, Diane, who was the one who found it and sent me the link.
I sing praises for the hostess, Despina, for the smoothness of booking, for her excellent communication and for checking we had all that we needed before and during our stay.
In all our years of holiday trips, this is the only resort that we have ever returned to, so that speaks for itself. It's a low key resort with a sandy beach, a selection of bars and restaurants/tavernas to eat at, and not far from the main town and airport at Argostoli, so if you don't have any ambition to explore the rest of the island, you can settle in without the need for a hire car.
We will definitely be coming back to Rosa's.

I have never found a structure so comfortable, next to a beautiful beach, staff attentive to every need.

Welcome to paradise
Studios located at the end of the promenade of Lourdata with attached parking, we had a beautiful apartment with terrace overlooking the sea, inside there was everything you need, we enjoyed the presence of all amenities and impeccable cleanliness of the apartment and common areas, sleeping with the noise of the sea was an unforgettable experience.
