Authentic great Greece holiday

Beautiful, affordable studios in a great location. Everything is close by, the beach, supermarket and restaurants are all within easy reach. Very friendly landlords - a married couple, always helpful. Pure Greek hospitality.

Stolen night

I booked to this place for one night, but up to the strong wind I couldn't start from Kalymnos to Mastihari, the boat didn't start from the harbour. We immediately contact the Place and they charged us the bedroom anyway . I will never go in this place and even Is not a recommended Place, only want Money not cliente.

Great for a short stay!

Stayed for one night in an upper floor studio before heading off on an island hopping trip. Warm welcome and introduction to the property. Care taken to explain that the staircase is both steep and narrow at one side. Keys explained, WiFi password and other useful information on display in the entrance. Water & juice were offered as a welcome on arrival.
Very efficient check in and 12 noon check out although I departed at 8.30am.
At the end of my trip I had another one night stay and was offered a ground floor apartment suitable for 3 people. Spacious twin room with a single bed in the spacious kitchenette. Air con and safe included in the price.
Both rooms I used were spotlessly clean with decent quality bedding and towels.
Ground floor apartment did have a few mozzies present which I managed to dispatch!
Able to leave my bag at the property and booked a taxi to the airport through the owner. Was able to sit in the shady courtyard waiting for the taxi.
Having stayed at a number of similarly priced rooms in Mastihari over the past few years, this is without doubt the best accommodation and warmest welcome I have experienced. Well located for beach, tavernas, shops and supermarket and only a few minutes walk from bus stop, taxis and the harbour.
Highly recommended and I will definitely return, will book direct with the owners next time.

Great location

Can't fault this accommodation - it was perfect for our needs. We had cold drinks on arrival and the hostess was very helpful and friendly to our requirements. Andreas Studios was just off the main road, one block to the beach and a couple of blocks from the main wharf. We had the downstairs family studio and probably, the best shower we had had in our 20 day Greek holiday. The arranging of an early morning taxi call for us was wonderful and they made our visit stress-free. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Kos and wanting to get away from the city centre.

Convenient place to stay

We had a spacious room, comfortable beds and well equipped, let down by a rather bad smell in the bathroom. Pleasant owners. Situated near the centre of town, but quiet and far enough away from the terrible smell of sewage near the jetty, which pervaded most of the town. Good value for money.
