Fantastic place to stay. Room was clean. Family very involved. The cake is delicious. Highly recommended. We stayed for 5 nights.

Felt like family

We love these people. It doesn't matter that communication is challenging or that they didn't remember which room we reserved. The family that runs this place is absolutely precious - from adult daughter to owner(s) to grandma and grandpa, and the delightful little dogs they rescued, too. Location is wonderful, parking is a little walk away but safe and simple. These people make Matala even better than it would be without them - and we would absolutely return, even though we got two dorm-like rooms instead of a two-bedroom apartment. Pay attention to their recommendations, too; they know where to go for food and nightlife in this tiny town! Enjoy your stay.

Fantastic hotel was fantastic

This is a family-run hotel. The hotel was located in a quiet street. Well maintained hotel. Very good room with kitchen and nice balcony. Good bed.
The family who ran the hotel were absolutely wonderful. Helpful and pleasant.
Can absolutely be recommended.

Great place..excellent servant..excellent people!!!

Perfect place to relax!!
Very clean environment..both the interior of the rooms and the exterior areas!!
Very welcoming and kind owners!!!! They make you feel like home.
Also very positive is that it is very close to the beach!!
I highly recommend it!!
