Great host
Highly recommend Andreas because it was clean and cozy, very great location near Argostoly but also near to Al Helis and Avitos beach. Also there is the local store Sagitarius and all three are on walking distance. And there is a barbecue in the yard, so you have everything you need for perfect vacation.

Awful Experience
We booked for 7 nights for close proximity to Avithos Beach.
We arrived and our studio looked ok at first glance if a little cramped. Unfortunately we paid 400 Euro in cash upfront immediately (big mistake)
We were unable to shower first night.......literally zero water had to rinse Hair under kitchen tap. We thought ok must be a water demand at the property at the time. It was then that we noticed the gross staining and grime inside the bottom of the toilet too.
Had zero sleep first night due to only one tired really flat pillow and studio had an old fridge still wired in despite being broken as well as another fridge just shoved in space at the end of the bed......the old fridge fired up its tired extremely loud motor every 12 minutes for 24 hours per day!!!
There was no one on site at property so I messaged number given to request extra pillow hoping that we would get a better nights sleep.
Arrived back from beach second night to two pillows literally thrown onto the beds but bathroom and room bins not emptied zero cleaning our towels left in bottom of the shower tray from failed shower day before still there......the owner obviously saw them and despite our mistake (no info whatsoever in rooms to indicate zero cleaning or linen change or actually what services if any) failed to provide another towel or note to inform us of cleaning schedule.
I tried again to shower....small trickle enough to apply shampoo to hair but then shower stopped completely. Back to studio sink again!!
We asked guests in next studio when cleaning takes place they informed us that the property cleans and changed towels and sheets once a week only!!!!! Bathroom bin with toilet paper in...disgusting!! I was horrified they said they brushed through themselves daily and emptied their own bins. We had paid €400 for two old beds tied together with a rank old blanket..... no showering facility at all!!!
After second night of zero sleep due to old fridge (I actually sat on balcony for three hours of that night just so upset at situation) we decided to go into svoronata and look for alternative accommodation.
We booked in at Casa De Rosa studios at a cost of 12 euros per night LESS than Andrea’s studios for massive modern studio with excellent, powerful shower and bathroom. Daily cleaning and emptying of bins and linen change every three days (usual in Greece)
We informed the owner we were leaving at which point they offered to unplug the fridge (the plug was behind a fixed old metal sink unit) and also offered us daily cleaning......I was so upset this should have been the case from day one......I had already had zero sleep for two days and the tiny room was frankly stinking by this point!!! They did not at any point offer to refund any of our money.
To add insult to the whole experience the owner reported us as a no show to booking.com.......was this to avoid commission???
We have stayed many times around different Greek islands and we are used to and usually love basic Greek studio accommodation.
If we could rate these studios zero we would.....the whole experience was dreadful, the owner has shamed the hundreds of other lovely Greek people who offer beautiful, loved and looked after accommodation to holiday makers Year after year.

Φιλόξενο και ήσυχο περιβάλλον
Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Εξυπηρετικοί οικοδεσπότες, άνετα και περιποιημένα δωμάτια. Η παραλία Άβυθος είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια με πολύ καλές επιλογές σε φαγητό και ποτό. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα σούπερ μάρκετ σε απόσταση ενός χιλιομέτρου.

Een aanrader voor de levensgenieter!
Door omstandigheden zochten we een overnachting dicht bij de luchthaven van Kefalonia en we kozen voor Andres Studios. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk. We zijn gaan eten in een restaurantje op wandelafstand en na het eten hebben we nog gezellig wat genoten in de fantastische tuin vol met druivelaars.
We hebben gezien dat er een wijnhuis is in de buurt, wat lijkt het ons fijn om daar een wijntje aan te kopen en dit achteraan in de tuin op het gezellige terras te nuttigen. Jammer dat we maar enkele uurtjes in deze rustige omgeving konden verblijven.
De communicatie met de eigenaars om te boeken ging uitzonderlijk vlot.
