Perfezione tra i vicoli di Tripiti
Appena ristrutturata, con camere moderne e fornite di tutti i comfort. Dispone di una veranda e di un bel terrazzo con vista panoramica a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti.
Grande parcheggio a circa 200 metri dalla struttura. Efi è gentile e disponibile.

Stay Away – Unsafe, Disgusting, and Run by Rude, Dishonest People
SCAM warning - hotel isn’t as what’s photographed on your booking. This “hotel” is an absolute disgrace. When we arrived, there was NO ONE at reception, NO one answering the phone, and we were left stranded outside for almost an hour. Finally, we discovered the keys just hanging in the door of our room — no staff, no welcome, nothing. Completely unprofessional and unsafe.
The room was filthy, reeked of neglect, and to make matters worse, it was right next to the reception desk with zero privacy or security. It felt dangerous and disgusting from the moment we walked in.
We left after one night because the conditions were unbearable. Despite this, the management flat-out refused to refund us for the remaining nights and were shockingly rude in their responses. They clearly don’t care about guests, only about taking your money.
Do NOT stay here under any circumstances. There are plenty of wonderful places in Milos — this is not one of them. Unsafe, dirty, and run by people who have no business in hospitality.

Πολύ κακή εμπειρία!
Μείναμε σε αυτό το δωμάτιο λόγω αλλαγής δωματίου που είχαμε από το ξενοδοχειο στην Αχιβαδόλιμνη που διατηρεί η κυρία που τα έχει.
Το δωμάτιο μας δεν ήταν έτοιμο το πρωί αλλά στις 5.30 το απόγευμα! Αυτό σημαίνει ότι όλη μέρα έπρεπε αναγκαστικά να βρισκόμαστε στους δρόμους καθώς είχαμε πληρωμένο δωμάτιο αλλά δεν μπορούσαμε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε γιατι δεν ήταν έτοιμο. Με την άφιξη μας στο δωμάτιο και λίγες ώρες αργότερα εμφανίστηκαν κατσαρίδες και τις οποίες αποσυραμε από το δωμάτιο χωρίς να ενοχλήσουμε κανέναν! Το επόμενο πρωί μόλις ξυπνήσαμε βρήκαμε και παλι κατσαρίδες στο χώρο του δωματίου και μέσα στις βαλίτσες μας καθώς ήταν ανοιχτές! Κατά την αναχώρηση μας το αναφέραμε στην κυρία που διατηρεί τα δωμάτια αυτά, η απάντηση της ήταν οτι το γνωρίζει, έχει κάνει 2 φορές απολύμανση και αυτό συμβαίνει μόνο σε αυτό το δωμάτιο γιατί οι κατσαρίδες περνάνε κάτω από την πόρτα! Παρεπιμποντως η πόρτα δεν κλειδώνει με αποτέλεσμα όταν γυρίσεις στο δωμάτιο να μην ξέρεις αν θα βρεις όλα σου τα υπάρχοντα.Εκτος από το λυπάμαι που μας είπε για τις κατσαρίδες δεν μας μείωσε καμία τιμή και όχι μόνο αυτό το δωμάτιο το πληρωνεις με το check in!Είναι το πρώτο πράγμα που ζητάει με το που φτάνεις και καλά καλά δεν έχεις τακτοποιηθεί. Να πληρώσεις το δωμάτιο και τον φόρο!!

Agradable y tranquilo
Los apartamentos de Efi se encuentran en Tripiti, cerca de Plaka, un pueblo mucho más residencial y menos turístico.
Los habitantes de Tripiti son locales, se nota en las calles tranquilas y los poquitos comercios. A nosotros nos encantó porque cada vez que llegábamos a Tripiti era como volver a casa, lejos del bullicio.
Las vistas de los apartamentos son preciosas, nosotros subimos a ver puestas de Sol y lluvias de estrellas de Perseidas en el tejado, al que todos los apartamentos pueden acceder. Hay una paz increíble.
Hay diferentes apartamentos y precios, nosotros escogimos los del jardín, son austeros y tradicionales pero muy limpios y cuidados. Aunque la cama no es muy nueva, se duerme súper fresquito y a gusto. Y Efi te presta los utensilios que necesites para prepararte el desayuno o cocinar.
Efi’s apartments es una muy buena elección si prefieres no alojarte en un hotel y te apetece conocer un edificio tradicional.

TI RICARICA L'ANIMA
Vecchia casa greca ristrutturata ed adibita piccolo residence. Il locale dove abbiamo alloggiato era composto da matrimoniale, soggiorno con altri due posti letto, cucinino e bagno e...….una terrazza con una vista impareggiabile da dove puoi vedere il villaggio di Klima, il mare e....dei tramonti travolgenti.
Durante tutta la giornata la quiete è sovrana ma i momenti magici sono il mattino presto (le luci ed i profumi dell'alba sono notevoli), il tramonto con il sole che cala nel mare e la notte con un tripudio di stelle sopra di te.
Efi, la padrona di casa, inoltre è di una cortesia inaudita ed oltre che parlare un buonissimo italiano, ti consiglia ristoranti, spiagge e siti da visitare.
Durante tutta la giornata la quiete è sovrana ma i momenti magici sono il mattino presto (le luci ed i profumi dell'alba sono notevoli), il tramonto con il sole che cala nel mare e la notte con un tripudio di stelle sopra di te.
