Super helpful staff!! Amazing location with pool and right on the beach. Perfect for our stay. Other reviews are a bit harsh. Rooms were clean and it’s great value for money. Would 100% stay again

CATASTROPHIC

The only positive side of this hotel is its geographical location; very close to the port. The room reserved is not the one that was assigned to us. We had to ask for sheets and towels twice because everything was not provided the first time we asked for them. The pool was so dirty that it was unusable. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible keep away

Good location. But horrendous place to stay. Nothing works, the bathrooms smell to high heaven and block up. The pool is green and full of rubbish. TV missing and air-conditioning is a gamble. Complaining falls on deaf ears. Keep away unless you are desperate.

Our room never got cleaned in our 4night stay. This hotel could be so good if they spent abit of money on it as the location is spot on

Very good welcome, really very nice young ladies!
The setting is ideal, close to the beach, the pool is great, and the place is beautiful, near shops and restaurants.
However, the interior is very minimalist but sufficient. I would just like to speak to the person who chose to put garden stones on the floor of the room and ask them why? I should have brought slippers.
