GREAT!!!
The only thing is that it needs to be renovated, but it will be done anyway. All the rest is at a very high level, PERFECT and especially the pool with the sea water all the money. Wonderful and in its flavors the restaurant with the amazing Marianna Mitso! Guarantee!!! The breakfast is delicious with fresh ingredients!!! Clear and decent!!! My room looked at lawn and the huge alkyl, relaxing, just GREAT!!! I highly recommend it to anyone! Remember to take seafood shoes with you, because at the beginning the beach has stones that I injured my feet. I think they're necessary! The beach inside and outside is sandy. One is for sure: You will relax, rest and have a great time!!! The staff is very helpful, welcoming, trying and managing to satisfy every wish. What else to say, I have no words!!! Well done!!! YOU A-PS-O-C-O-I!!!

Good holiday despite worn hotel. Ik nearby three stars.
The hotel has so many shortcomings and the beds were so hard that I got hump pain. Garden chair destroyed asked for a new at the reception got no one. Air conditioning worked. The shower had very little pressure. I've made something since the '60s. Had hung not disturb sign on the door, but there came a cleaning in anyway. We had towels changed 1 time. Mentioned it at the front desk so we got 1 next time. The pool was cold. Because it gets two stars was the area and the breakfast was outstanding.

Our bungalows were built in 1983, not in the 1960s, and have been maintained and updated over the years. A new renovation program is currently in progress, with the main building scheduled for full completion next season and the bungalows to follow by 2027, when the property will be upgraded to 4-star classification.
We regret the issue with the garden chair — this seems to have been a communication delay with our maintenance team. If the air conditioning was not working properly, we would have appreciated being informed so that we could inspect it immediately or, if needed, offer a room change.
Regarding the Do Not Disturb sign, it is possible that it was accidentally placed the wrong way, showing Make Up My Room from the outside. In that case, housekeeping may have entered unintentionally, as our team always respects guest privacy.
Please note that the pool is filled with seawater and not heated, as we are a summer resort. This is clearly stated in our hotel description.
As for the hotel’s rating, we encourage guests to experience our facilities more fully — our à la carte restaurant serves authentic creative Lesvian cuisine, and our newly designed beach bar offers signature cocktails right by the sea. These features reflect the genuine quality and character of Delfinia Hotel & Bungalows.

Second time at Delfinia hotel
Delfinia Hotel is an excellent choice near Molyvos, especially for those seeking a quiet location with fantastic views and easy access to both the beach and the town. Although it's not the most modern hotel, it's largely compensated for the beautiful surroundings. If you value the view, easy beach access, and an authentic, friendly atmosphere, choose Delfinia

Budget-friendly choice in renovation-intensive hotel with nice pole area
The hotel should only get 2 stars, but the last star is due to the nice and well-maintained pool area, as well as good p-fold.
As others write, there is no investment in modern renovation of the hotel rooms. We were assigned a newly renovated room with new bed and bathroom. (After complaining of lack of sea view from the bottom floor)
Unfortunately, the drain was partially defective and with a backfall on the floor, the water came into the room after just 20 seconds under the shower. Nothing like the reception could solve other than distributing extra towels.
The included breakfast was not sparkling and seemed very “low budget”.
Outdoor area and ball court are not kept.
Despite these challenges, we had a great vacation at this budget hotel with walking distance to Molyvos.

Regarding the issue with the bathroom, we are sorry we did not notice earlier that the drain had been left closed during the renovation — something that was not visible at first. We fully understand the inconvenience, and we’re happy to confirm that it has since been resolved.
As for breakfast, we are truly surprised by your impression. Our buffet includes fresh seasonal fruits, various types of fresh bread, local cow’s milk yogurt, and one of Lesvos' top certified honeys — produced on our own property. We also offer cookies from a local agricultural cooperative, feta cheese, olives, cold cuts, and eggs prepared differently each day. Guests will also find bacon or sausages, and a rotating selection of sweet and savory puff pastries, such as bougatsa, loukoumades, and more.
We serve a wide variety of coffee options, including espresso and filter coffee, as well as black tea and several other types of tea to suit all preferences.
Our goal is to provide a generous, fresh and authentic breakfast experience that highlights local flavors and caters to different needs and budgets.
Regarding the outdoor areas, we acknowledge that the football field is underused and are already planning improvements in its maintenance and functionality.
Lastly, we would like to share that room renovations are ongoing, and a complete refurbishment of the main building is scheduled for 2026, including the installation of modern energy-efficient heating and cooling systems.

THE FANTASTIC HOLY SEA AND BEACH HOLY WALLS HOLY COLD BEACH ONE THING YOU NEED TO DRINK ON THE NO-FREE BEACH
I never go to rooms with insects and old concrete beds on top of beds air conditioned bad bath stomach is disgusting just going to a day near the castle of Molivos only if you stay in this location to tour the island very difficult roads very curved one-way unsecured Recommendation I entered the sea from the beach of the hotel somewhere else we never entered here very windy and dirty waves 4 families we went to 6 nights we were all very unhappy to go to the bathrooms of those who were very unhappy to go to the rest of the rest of the vector of the old asphalt asphalt asphalt asphalt asphalt asphalt asphalt asphalt

All umbrellas and sunbeds at our beach bar are brand new this season, and the minimum consumption policy simply covers the beach lease and the service provided by our staff. Complimentary sunbeds are also available at the pool and under the tamarisk trees.
The rooms in the main building are currently undergoing a gradual renovation, which will be fully completed next season. This year, only a few renovated rooms were available, and your reservation was not among them. However, all rooms are cleaned and maintained daily according to our hotel standards.
As our property is surrounded by nature, occasional insects may appear if balcony doors remain open, despite our regular pest control.
We regret that you did not contact the reception during your stay — our team is always ready to assist with any issue immediately.
