Excellent

The accommodation is nice, neat and cleaned every day which is great. Close to the beach, the sea can be seen from the terrace. In the kitchen there is everything you need, changing bed linen and towels. There is no parking, but there is plenty of parking space around.

Excellent experience

Everything was excellent, the apartment was clean, bed linen and towels were changed every 4 days and the apartment was cleaned every day. The owner was very kind and she was there for everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Anna rooms to everyone, and if we return to Neos Marmaras again, Anna rooms will definitely be our accommodation. The accommodation is also located just a few minutes from the city beach and the center of Neos Marmaras.

Clean, quiet, close to the beach.

Nice apartments near the city beach. Room that I was was very clean and comfortable. Didn’t hear any noise during this he sleep. Plus Penny was extremely welcoming. Even that at the beginning we had an misunderstandings. Penny was amazing. So I recommend staying here.

very bad experiance

very bad experience, noisy, dirty...
owners are not responsible. Rooms are rented to families but also for 1 night couples, so you can listen all night noise....
Kitchen heater is very slow and old. If you want to use it need to switch on 1 hour before

Great holiday

I visited Neos Marmaras in late July this year. I've stayed with my friends for 10 days at these apartments. They are located just at the edge of football field and it is, by my opinion one of the best locations in Neos Marmaras. It's 5 min away form the beach, which is beautiful, and 5 min form city center. What is more important is that you don't need to climb on hills, it's positioned at sea level. There are also plenty of free parking space around the field, and you can always find a place for your car. There are supermarkets, gyros restaurant, bakery etc. near apartments (few minutes walking distance).
Our room was well equipped, with bathroom, kitchenette (with dishes, plates etc.) and balcony with beautiful sea view (choose second or third floor for better view) which is worth of extra charge. Room has been cleaned at 3,4 days (when towels have also been changed), and overall cleanness is great. Only drawbacks were slightly smaller room for 3 persons (it was somehow compensate with big balcony) and air condition that wasn't cooling well, but I suppose that that was isolated problem.
The owner of this place is very kind. It was pleasant holiday and I would definitely come back again.
