Helen' studios Tsilivi
Nasos and Nikoleta are two fantastic hosts: they are kind, helpful, and always ready to assist you in every way. They gave us great advice and made us feel truly welcomed.
The property is in a perfect location: about 50- 100 metres from the sea, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, but at the same time away from the main street, where traffic and loud music from the bars could be disturbing late into the night.
The apartments are well equipped, have air conditioning, and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom, although small, is functional and works perfectly.
There is also a private parking area, which is a great added value. So don’t hesitate — book your stay! You won’t regret it.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY
EVERYTHING EXCELLENT AND WONDERFUL
We stayed as a group of four (two adults and two children) for two weeks in this fantastic property, having the opportunity to try both the larger two-room apartment and the studio. It was a truly memorable experience and we could not have made a better choice!
The Two-Room Apartment (upper floor):
Spacious, welcoming, and with attention to the smallest details, with beautiful photos of Zakynthos on the walls that immediately create the right atmosphere. It is equipped with every comfort, including a very precious coffee machine (a detail that for us Italians really makes the difference!). The absolute highlight was the two small outdoor tables, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors with a pleasant partial view of the sea.
The Studio:
Although smaller, it is very well organized. Here too, no comfort is missing: we were able to cook our meals comfortably and enjoy a pleasant private outdoor space.
Impeccable cleanliness (10 out of 10!)
An extraordinary strong point is the daily cleaning service, combined with a frequent change of sheets and towels. It really felt like staying in a hotel! Returning in the afternoon, after long days spent exploring the island, and finding the house always clean, fragrant, and perfectly tidy was a true luxury and an immense pleasure.
Hospitality and human warmth
The owners, Nasos and Nikoleta, are two wonderful, very nice, friendly, and incredibly kind people. They gave us a truly special welcome, supporting us at every moment and filling us with valuable advice to experience the island to the fullest. We felt at home from the very first moment.
The location and the services (Tsilivi)
The location is simply strategic. Tsilivi is an ideal base for exploring Zakynthos, but it is also perfect for those who do not want to use a car: the beach is truly a stone's throw away, and everything you need (supermarket, small shops, and excellent places for the evening) can be reached on foot. Furthermore, the property always offers guaranteed parking, a comfort that we consider truly essential for experiencing a vacation to the fullest and without stress.
After the beach, there is also a fountain where you can rinse your feet and return to the house without getting sand everywhere.
Excellent value for money.
We are completely satisfied with our choice and, if we were to return to Zakynthos, we would have no doubts: we would definitely stay here again!

Great value stay recommended!!
Stayed at helen studios for a 10 day holiday. Room was average size and spotless every amenity was provided in price air con safe good wi fi tv hairdryer coffee maker tea coffee water jams and biscuits wash up liquid toiletries. I was amazed by all this as well as the kindnesses of the hosts Nicoletta and Nasos! Nothing too much trouble. Also big thankyou to the cleaning lady! These studios are a 2 minute walk from the beach shops supermarket bars and restaurants but in a quieter area. If you want very clean and comfortable beds highly recommended as a place to shower sleep and chill. Pool bar next door.

Relaxing holidays not far from the back
Very good location, just a short walk from the beach (less than 2 minutes), clean rooms, friendly staff, and great value for money. Ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The host and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. Would definitely choose again.

Beautiful family
Thank you eleni and spiros and son's for a very relaxed stay with you! Very traditional Greek style studio with all amenities and free wi fi and free air con.... Cleaned every other day by my newest friend moyra who I shared many laughs with she's a star wish I could of packed her in my suitcase to bring home. The studios are very close to the sea and very central to all restaurants and bars and shops. Excellent stay so peaceful here too can't wait to return once again thank you all for looking after us xx Ali and den
