Take another hotel! Mvh Marie.

Dirty room, bad breakfast with small pieces of cheese, ham, everything ended and they reluctantly sat out more. Juice instead of juice. Useless toilet! The poop got stuck several times in the bend Disgusting to fix!!!

Great stay

We stayed at Ariadne for 1 week. We had a big room with balcony. Even if the room faced the road it was very quiet at night. Breakfast was served from 8-10 and was very good. Some warm options every day.
Very friendly staff.
Small, but nice pool.
The hotel is located about 200 meters from the beach. Many good restaurants nearby. And some nice shops also. The bus to Old Town every 30 minutes til late.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel

Vacationing as a family in August 2025. Initially there were no double rooms available, which we booked, so for a couple of days we were provided with two quadruple rooms, one of which overlooks the sea. A couple of days later, we were moved into our double rooms. The room has everything you need for your stay: dishes, cooker, kettle, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning. Linens and towels were changed daily. The hotel has its own swimming pool. The reception always helped to solve all the issues that arise.
Breakfast changed every day, a large enough selection of food, delicious.
The hotel is located close to the sea, a 5-minute walk by road. The coast by the sea is sandy and pebble. There is the possibility of lying on a hammock or simply settling on the sand.
The hotel is conveniently located on the central road, which provides direct public transport to Rethymno.
Nearby are car rentals, shops, taverns and restaurants. There is free parking, which is very convenient when renting a car.
In a word, the hotel left a good impression, clearly recommended.

Middle hotel apartments

Ariadne is a middle hotel apartments .Rooms are ok,big for 2 people, with balcon,very clean.Pool is a little small but ok.Location is ok in Rethymno.Unfortunatelly breakfast is very bad.Few things to eat,not enounght and without taste.I don't recomand to book with food here.All in one is a 2* hotel
