Beautiful room. Great location. Nice staff. False advertising of second bed

Beautiful stay. Perfect central location. Close to everything. Clean room. Was advertised as 2 beds but when we arrived they said the second bed is a sofa bed and only used for children. So despite paying for a 2 bed room we ended up sharing.
Friendly staff and helpful with letting us leave our bags whilst our room wasn’t ready yet. Would recommend (more for a couple than 2 separate people as would need 2 rooms for 2 adults beds)

I really enjoyed my stay at Neratze Hammam Suites! The hotel is in the center of Rethymno’s old town, in a quiet and beautiful street full of history. It’s close to everything—shops, restaurants, and the old harbor.
The room was clean, very comfortable, and full of character. It’s inside a historic building that used to be a hammam (Turkish bath), and you can still feel that special atmosphere. At the same time, it has everything you need—air conditioning, a comfy bed, and a nice bathroom.
The staff were super kind and helpful. They gave me good tips about what to do and where to eat. I felt really welcome during my whole stay.
