Misleading and Disappointing Stay

I booked a “Superior” category room, but what I found was among the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in.
The room had a strong smell of dampness, our clothes and blankets were constantly damp, and the environment was clearly that of a “low budget” room, not a “Superior” one as paid for.
On top of that, we were falsely accused of smoking in the room: we are non-smokers and have never smoked indoors. Such an accusation is offensive and disrespectful.
The air in the room was so unhealthy that, for the last four nights of our stay, we had to find alternative accommodation, paying out of our own pocket in order to continue our holiday in decent conditions.
No reply to our messages and no willingness to resolve the issue.
A disappointing and unprofessional experience. Strongly not recommended.
