Tutto perfetto!

The property is located slightly outside Fira, but on foot in 5 minutes you reach the most central part of the village. The room is large and spacious, cleaned every morning. The staff at our disposal, very friendly and kind. As soon as we arrived they recommended dive facilities and a place to rent the quod, and in fact all their advice proved valuable. We took advantage of the transfer service from the airport both outward and back (very convenient to avoid bumping into tourist catching taxis).

Unprofessional and unpleasant Booking experience with Alonia

Sharing my recent experience with Alonia Studio via Booking.com for awareness
This review is for my booking experience with Alonia Studios
This Morning, I called property to check if they have Airport shuttle available, Lady said yes and it will be €25 and asked me to proceed via booking.com
When I started my booking, Property offered Free Shuttle service - Screenshot attached.
Soon after booking I received an email confirmation within minutes that my Shuttle request is accepted without any extra charge
Soon after that I started getting emails and said shuttle is not free and even they changed the price saying it could be €25 or €30
I raised with Booking.com customer service
They also confirmed it’s free but yet again the property owner refused
The lady also block my number so I was not able to call and clear it
It was a bad start and we decided to cancel our booking

Good accommodation

Overall a decent accommodation, a little off-centre, with a distant sea view on the opposite side of the caldera.
A very busy road nearby. It is necessary to keep the windows closed so as not to be disturbed by traffic. A little too far from the best beaches in Santorini. Friendly and helpful owner.

Perfect place to enjoy Santorini far from the confusion and with all comfort

Excellent apartment that includes all comfort. The kitchen is organised and you can enjoy a dinner far from the restaurant eating in your balcony and terrace. Eva is a perfect owner, she suggests all the best experiences that you can enjoy in Santorini and she is available to reserve a table or suggest all request that a tourist could have. excellent experience and place that is perfect also if there are any child

Super nice room with great view, very reasonable price!

Me and my mom booked 3 nights at Angel Cave Houses in the first place, but because of the terrible service there, we decided to checked out early and rebooked the hotel for the other 2 nights and luckily found Alonia Studio.
This studio will actually amazed you with the price and people. We booked a studio which has a double bed and a sofa bed, can easily fit 3 adults. Nice sea view from the room. The size of the room is very big.
Price is super reasonable with very friendly and nice lady named Eva.
Convenient location, only 6-7minutes walk to Fira Square. From there, you will find local bus stop where you can travel to Oia, Perissa or Red Beach easily. Great local restaurant just at next door!
Eva is very kind to let us stay at the room until 2:30pm since our driver will come pick us up at 2:30. She is very easy going, just communicate with her if you find any difficulties.
Highly recommend to pick this nice place!
