The most amazing holiday & hotel
Ive recently returned from my stay at Cliff Side Suites (my first time in Santorini) and it was absolutely amazing. From the second we got off the bus, a very friendly member of staff greeted us and carried our cases to our room. On arrival the staff upgraded us to a suite with a private balcony, which was absolutely stunning and we were very thankful for. All staff members were attentive, friendly and always willing to help (especially the lovely lady at the pool bar) p.s She also makes the most amazing cocktails!!! The room was spotlessly clean with the most amazing view of the Caldera. The jacuzzi's and the pool are perfectly suited to the hotel and it's location. Breakfast was beautiful and caters well for different diety needs (i'm vegeterian),breakfast is beautifully located alongside the pool with lovely views of the Cruise ships in the morning. We had the most amazing stay here, so much so that after being home for a week- we already booked to return next June. location was absolutely perfect for us (we like to take a walk), situated very near to shops and beautiful restaurants. Ive travelled to lots of locations and hotels and this has definitely been my favourite. Thank you Cliff Side Suites, we cannot wait to return next year!!! Xx

Spectacular in every way !!
My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of June and it is absolutely spectacular. It was our first trip to Santorini and we were greeted with a very warm welcome and were very lucky to be upgraded to suite 101 with our own terrace overlooking the caldera. The hotel and location are absolutely stunning. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with wonderfully comfortable beds. The pools and jacuzzis are lovely and are perfectly sized for a cliff side location. Breakfast was beautiful and the lovely young lady there was more than helpful and always friendly and pleasant while working serving food and drinks. There are no negatives about this wonderful place. The staff are fabulous, always ready to help and make your holiday a special experience. The hotel and its location are truly spectacular- you will definitely not be disappointed if you stay here. We loved it so much we have already booked a suite for next June and can’t wait to go back.

Unforgettable vacations
We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Santorini! The staff made us feel truly welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The room was beautifully designed with a breathtaking view. Also breakfast was delicious!!

Worst Hotel Experience
This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. We paid a premium price for the Honeymoon Suite, but the service was unacceptable.
During our one-week stay, our bed sheets were never changed, toiletries and bottled water were rarely replaced, and breakfast was poor with very limited options.
The worst part was a serious safety incident. A pool umbrella, left open in strong wind, blew over and hit my sister in the head and shoulder. We called for help, but no one came. We had to get our own ice, and she was taken to the hospital. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the manager was rude and showed no concern.
For the price, the lack of cleanliness, service, and guest safety is unacceptable. The only positive is the view, but you can find equally beautiful views all over Santorini. I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

Great view- hotel disappointment
5 star view- 3 star hotel
Great location and sunset
No privacy on balcony every random person walks past and looks in.
No soap replaced- given small cake of soap on arrival this for for both shower and sink weird!
Not allowed to drink tap water but only given one bottle of water for 3 day stay but your own!
Outside lights don’t turn off so light comes in bedroom all night no black out!
Breakfast- poor no wonder it’s included so basic and staff standing around like zombies
Pool- a little larger than a plunge pool not the place to stay if you want a pool day!
There are better places nearby same view don’t stay here you will be disappointed

The room you booked was a suite for three, which features a private terrace. Due to the unique architecture of the Caldera, terraces are at ground level, which means absolute seclusion from sight lines is difficult. However, your terrace was fully private and not a shared walkway or public path.
Regarding our amenities, we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all rooms, alongside a initial bar of soap suitable for both the sink and shower. If you had let us know this was not to your preference, our team would have gladly provided additional products.
To welcome our guests, we provide complimentary bottled water in the room upon arrival. While tap water on the island is not suitable for drinking, guests are welcome to purchase additional bottles from our pool bar or nearby convenience stores.
The exterior lighting is an essential safety feature of our property. Because our hotel is built into the cliffside with multiple steps and uneven pathways, these lights must remain on overnight. While all rooms are equipped with curtains, we wish you had informed us during your stay we would have happily provided additional blackout covers or attempted to move you to another available room.
Our breakfast is a traditional continental spread featuring local Greek products designed to give our guests a great start to the day. Our team is always present in the dining area to assist with any requests. While we welcome constructive feedback, we kindly request that guests treat our team with respect, as personal insults toward our staff are unhelpful.
Regarding our pool, the unique build and structure of the Caldera limits the size that our pool can have.
