A gem in plakias.

Both the location and the owner of these apartments earn in the title “gem”. The spotlessly clean and spacious apartments are located less than a 10 minute walk from the town of Plakias and 20 minutes walk from Souda Bay Beach. The view from each balcony is breathtaking and Joanna the owner is so friendly and helpful!! I would highly recommend Joanna’s Studios Plakias to anyone! Thank you Joanna and family! We will be back soon.

A warm welcome and an incredible view

Joanna, the owner is so welcoming and very keen that everything is fine. The studios are beautifully kept, spacious and quite well equipped.
There are 5 studios set high up from the coastal road opposite the new marina.
Each studio looks out across the bay towards Plakias giving wonderful views of sea and hills'
The only drawback is that you do need transport as it is quite a walk from the village.
When we arrived the day had been slightly cloudy so Joanna had had the water heater on so that we had lovely piping hot water for showers.
A lovely lady, with true Cretan hospitality providing comfort, quiet and beautiful views.... what more could you wish for?

ΘΕΑ ΚΑΘΑΡΙΟΤΗΤΑ ΗΣΥΧΙΑ

Η διαμονή στα Joanna studios στον Πλακιά ήταν υπέροχη,τα δωμάτια είναι μεγάλα καθαρά και ανακαινισμένα,παρέχουν ότι χρειάζεστε για μια άνετη διαμονή.
Η απόσταση απο τον Πλακιά ειναι κοντινή αλλά και όσο μακριά χρειάζεται για να μην έχει την φασαρία από τα μπάρ και τα καταστήματα.
Η θέα είναι φανταστική και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Bonheur Tranquille chez Joanna

Ce logement nous avait été conseillé par notre guide de l'année précédente, pour le point de vue et l'accueil. Nous n'avons pas été décues! Joanna nous a accueillies avec chaleur et gentillesse, l'appartement est spacieux, propre, la literie confortable, et la vue imprenable. A tel point que nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits, et sommes restées une semaine!
Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la petite station de Plakias (10 minutes à pieds), tout en étant suffisement à l'écart pour profiter du calme. La jolie plage de Souda est toute proche (2 minutes en voiture), ainsi que la grande et belle plage de damnoni un peu plus loin (5km).
