4.5 out 5 I thought. This was our first time b+b for over 20 years. We always go 5 star all inclusive to Antalya area Turkey. A friend recommended these apartments. He has stayed in both the 5 star boutique hotel and the 3 star apartments. He recommended the apartments as you can share the facilities. He was correct. Loved both the hotel and the apartments. Both opposite each other about 30mts walk. The apartments were very spacious, clean and surprised me for 3 star. Everything we needed basically. Cleaned every day. We sunbathed everyday around the boutique hotel pool with same name. Always got a sunbed. Breakfast was excellent. All cereals, fruits, youghurts, breads, eggs, scrambled, fried, boiled. Sausage, bacon and the usual drinks of tea coffee orange water etc. Staff were fantastic. All of them. I would definitely recommend these apartments/hotel. Regarding the resort Sissi...a little bit quiet for us both. We are in our 50s. But never the less, a nice place for a relaxing holiday. We ate in 3 restaurants and visited 4 or 5 bars. There is more obviously but we found our favourites. We like Arismaris and Amelia restaurants. And Omis bar, Cactus bar and Hoba bar. There was also a very popular restaurant on the harbour area beginning with the letter P. Always full. Gyroscopia is a nice spot for a spot of lunch drinks etc. The bakery in the town is also very good. Especially for doughnuts and ice cream. We decided to go to Stalis for a full day/night one day. Bus from Sissi was €2pp. You get off at Stalis at bus stop 29. From there it's 7 minute walk to the beach. We got a taxi back at 10pm for €25. Loved Stalis. It's a bit busier. Nice beach too. In summary. Excellent hotel and apartments and worth going too. Resort, relaxed and quiet but with enough going on. Just too quiet for us 2. Staff at hotel really really good

Great holiday!
Terrific apartments really clean and the kitchen is well equipped if you feel the need to cook. Staff are warm and very welcoming. We went b&b and there was a wide variety to eat and of good quality. The pool area was great as well. We can't wait to get back.

Superb from arriving to leaving
Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and their service in this lovely calming hotel. We stayed in an apartment which is a few metres across the lane from the main hotel entrance. Our apartment was very spacious and scrupulously cleaned every day. In terms of the staff, no question is unanswered and it is like being amongst friends da. Kostas, Katerina and Artemis were very welcoming and smile/greet guests whenever they se you. The breakfast has ample choice and varies some traditional type Greek pies or eggs some days. All of the food is great quality and the staff at breakfast have the same positive attitude to service as anyone else. George who worked afternoons and evenings during our stay was also helpful in arranging local car hire which was immaculate in quality and service. The pool area is very relaxing, plenty of shade from the hot afternoon sun and luckily no ridiculous sun-bed reservers were noticed during our stay.
The location is only 10 minutes walk from tavernas and bars/cafes/shops in the village and local beaches can be walked to if you can brave longer walks in the sunshine.
In case you still have any remaining doubts, dismiss them and press the ‘book’ button immediately, you won’t regret it.

Laid Back Retreat
We had an 11 day stay at these apartments with Jet2 on a B & B basis. This was our second visit to Sissi and the Angela chosen for its proximity to restaurants. On arrival check in was swift, efficient and, after a welcome drink, we were taken to our first floor apartment (just across he road from the main hotel complex). We were given assistance with our cases and provided with information on air conditioning, safe and free pool towels. All staff were welcoming, friendly and breakfast service was extremely efficient. Good selection of hot and cold food and nothing was too much trouble. No problems getting a sunbed and the whole complex was well managed. Cleanliness was excellent with regular changing of towels and bedding by a very pleasant cleaner. There was a second hand book library and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

Perfect stay if visiting North East Crete
Stayed in the Angela Apartments for a last minute September get away. It was such a treat.
The staff are the highlight of this hotel and are a prime example to the Cretan hospitality.
All facilities are well maintained, the pool is clean and a good length for swimming, plenty of sun beds and the breakfast was plenty.
We had a slight problem with an air con unit, but this was swiftly dealt with by staff and an update provided later that day. Couldn’t fault it!
A short walk into the main village, this hotel is far enough out to walk off the vast dinner portions when dining in town, but close enough to nip in and out as you please.
Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Sissi.
