Relaxing stay at Villa Kim

We had a lovely stay at Villa Kim, in the Blue apartment. The apartment was comfortable and clean, set on the hillside with a lovely big terrace making the most of the sea views; though because it is on a hill, access to the beach is quite steep. There was a welcome pack on arrival, with wine, water and nibbles. Kim, the owner, lives on site and was very helpful if we had any queries. Towels and bedding were changed regularly and Lena (the cleaner) did a great job. The supermarket down the hill will deliver if you spend €25 or more, which was a great benefit. The bus stop is very close to the apartments, and so it is very easy to get around and see more of the island. Came home feeling very relaxed and refreshed.

Villa Kim - perfect place to stay on Skiathos

Villa Kim is fantastic! Super clean, well equipped, quiet and perfectly situated. It’s a short walk to the beach and tavernas, the supermarket and a cafe

Great place to stay/ perfect location

Recently returned from a week's stay in the Blue Apartment. Perfect location, very clean, (bedding towels changed every 3 days), plus regularly cleaned. Really nice comfortable 2 bed apartment with cooking facilities, plus lovely large covered balcony overlooking the bay. Outdoor dining table & chairs, plus additional smaller seating area with cushions & low table for relaxing. Achladies Beach just a few minutes walk ( down a fairly steep slope!) to side of Villa. Nice clean beach crystal clear water, sunbeds closest were 20 euros all day for 2 people with umbrella. A couple of restaurants and Mojo Bar nearby, all really friendly. Regular Water Taxi outside Mojo Bar, 4 euros to Skiathos town (about 18 mins). Bus stop 9 a few steps away short bus ride into town, fairly lively lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Host Kim lives on site so very easy to make contact, greeted us on arrival very friendly & helpful. Bottle of wine/ water& snacks on arrival which was a nice touch. Hope to return soon.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views

Beautiful apartment, with magnificent views and great location. Very clean. Change of towels every 2 days, cleaning every day. The owner Kim very kind, on our arrival greeted us with joy and made us find water and a bottle of wine. Super recommended!

Another wonderful stay

Another wonderful stay in the peach apartment at Villa Kim, amazing views, great facilities, bed linen and towels changed every other day, so close to the lovely beach of Achladies with the water taxi that runs frequently to Skiathos town, bus stop no 9 is a few steps away and last but not least great hospitality from Kim, we will definitely return.
