Perfect!!!!

Very clean room with very nice decor with pool and mountain views... The pool clean you drink your coffee in quiet !!the breakfast rich and delicious...The staff willing and smiling to serve you.. we will definitely re-prefer it!!!We had a great time

When I arrived at the hotel I was asked for the tax but not the price according to the booking, but much more. When I asked why they told me that I get no key if I don't pay. So I had to pay as HOTELS.COM has no hotline I could not do anything. The next day I asked for a recipe, but I was told that I get it via mail. Until now one week later nothing arrived.
We booked a very expensive hotel as the pictures looked quite nice. But as the hotel was quite empty they did not have a breakfast buffet but just a plate with a little ham, hard egg and some cheese. The coffee had the color of tea, which for such a price is really not enough.
I don't recommend a hotel that is not willing to give recipes and has just such a low quality but asks for a price of high class hotels.
Further I think that HOTELS.COM should offer a way to get support in such cases and I start to think if this platform is still the right for me.

Excellent

A very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood, very close to everything!
Clean with beautiful bar area, and close shared spaces.
Very well ⁇ ined garden and swimming pool.
Very beautiful view,the surrounding green mountains and the pool.
Breakfast full of cold and hot options. All delicious!
We'll be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Electra Hotel and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the most amazing people. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay.
Now let's talk about breakfast - it was nothing short of phenomenal! The breakfast spread at the Electra Hotel exceeded all expectations.
Overall, my time at the Electra Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The combination of the exceptional service provided by the staff and the delicious breakfast offerings made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel. I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience.

Everything was great, the room and the location. Very kind staff that changed place of one of their cars so that we could park the motorbikes in front of the hotel entrance for safety reasons. Excellent dinner and breakfast in the morning.
