Cozy family hotel

We were very kindly received and helped. The room was ready by 1 p.m. Everything neatly clean and spacious room with nice balcony seat. Price quality ratio is excellent. Mixed occupancy of couples and families. Plus points within walking distance of the boulevard, mini fridge without much noise in room and good working air conditioning.
Pool is top but requires maintenance in the coming period and some attention with cleaning around the edges. Nice beds and always room.
We were on the top floor, just carrying the suitcase but and walking up but for us no problem. If you have difficulty walking, this is a point of attention.

Perfect escape

Perfect hospitality, high level facilities, comfortable, clean modern room, quiet, the perfect place to rest!
We went to the festival in Matala is close to all the beaches and the archaeological site!
I highly recommend it!

I enjoyed my stay very much.

When we arrived, we were kindly welcomed by the receptionist who guided us to our bungalow. There, we noticed that the bungalow was very clean and clearly newly renovated. The bungalow was equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, a range cooker, free WiFi etc.. There was a swimming pool very close to the bungalow. The brealfast was quite nice.
There was, however, one thing I didn't really like so much: one could constantly smell urine in the bathroom.
Nevertheless, I think I'll go back there if I ever go to Tolo again.

Would not stay again

The rooms were not clean at all. There is no shampoo or shower gel, even though they write they provide them. The water was cold. The only positive was the location, near to the center but in a quiet area.

Highly under rated

When remotely booked this hotel, we were a little bit worried about some aspects revealed by some reviews, but on the spot we have found them rather subjective or based on a weird taste.
First of all, the pool is in a perfect condition, perfect size and spotlessly clean, maybe last year's review should be drastically revised...
The tennis court (hard) is the only one in Tolo, well maintained and, most of all, it's free! A fantastic bonus for players!
Wi-Fi is excellent allover the property, not only in public spaces, as the owner strangely choose to advertise this facility on booking.com.
Since we lived in an apartment in Phaistos bungalows, 50 m. away from the hotel itself, I cannot comment about the rooms in the hotel. But the bungalow is in a perfect condition, brand new inside, flat tv, nice little kitchen, good air con, cleaned daily except Sundays and providing a huge number of useful towels. They also have a large balcony where you can eat or have a drink while enjoying a splendid sea view with mountains in the background. Plus your own garden of olive and lemon trees, where you can even pick up some fruits.
After all, we find this property strangely and way under rated, by the owner himself (who, by the way, is an extremely nice young man of 73 y.o.), and also by some weird-tasted or simply grouchy visitors.
