One of the best rooms for rent in Halkidiki

Very good space the rooms and cleanly convenient because it is located on a main road to tour all over Sithonia with very good beaches in short distance by car

On picture is better than in reality.
Rooms are small. Furniture is with broken handles. Refrigerator is functioning only on its minimum. Two rooms have 1 air conditioning and none of the rooms gets cool. Kitchen is basic.
Bathroom is with dirty floors and dramatically unfunctional - there is no space even for a toothbrush.
The place is next to busy road and it is very noisy and dusty.
The nearest beach is 3 km away and cannot go there by foot since you are crossing main traffic roads.
The host is poorly organized answering to anything with big delays. Absolutely unpleasant to talk to her.

Мy recommendation

My family spent great holiday in Anthemida Rooms. I am very satisfied with everything: location, cleanliness, hospitality, room... It is near beach Sykia and the road so for short time you can get reach a lot of beautiful beaches. Sarti is 7 km, Sykia place is 1.5 km away...
The owner is very kind and helpful, so if you don`t have enough dishes, or towels you can always ask her or her daughter for getting that you need. The owner take care about every details in house and rooms, and also there are 2 fenced yards with cypress trees and with cherished grass, child playground, 2 covered barbecues, covered parking for 10 cars. We stayed in studio in basement with large balcony space and view on backyard. Studio was not wet (that is very often case with rooms in ground level and basement in Greece) and that was very important for us. Furniture is new... Мy recommendation.

An oasis of green an excellent room conditions

We spent two years at Anthemida and we absolutely loved the place. If it is spacious studios, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms with excellent shower draining system (hard to find, generally speaking), peace and quiet, huge garden areas with two barbecues and a playground, space for kids to roam about in all safety, then choose Anthemida. Both times (August 2019 and July 2018) we occupied 7-8 rooms, so the experience covers everything from double studios, to triple and also the apartments (all three). The rooms in the back are better for families with children, as you can see them all the time. However, the whole place has been carefully designed so that kids are safe at all times, there is a beautiful fence all around which is also doubled by Thuja trees to offer sound and smell insulation.
Maria, the owner, is always willing to help you, in a very non-intrusive way.
There is a variety of beaches in Sarti, excellent for kids and also others for diving, but you will need a car.

New and clean

A very nice place, with ecxellent sound insulation, barbeque , playground about 1,2km form sea. The 2 things they need improvment are 1. An employee or owner must be at the reception everyday and 2. When payment is done must give receipts the same time of the payment without the coustomer asking for it .
