I am staying from above 2 months , very good fecilities , nice room , good service, good staff , superviser Karan Rana is very well manage. will visit again , keep it up, I will congrats to management and staff , immediate responce and more secure.

I received an inappropriate response when I politely asked about early check-in and waiting in the lobby.

I recently called the hotel to inquire about my confirmed and paid booking. During the call, a gentleman attended the phone and responded in a very unprofessional manner. #Ravinder
Firstly, I politely asked whether an early check-in would be possible, if available. Secondly, I asked that if early check-in was not possible, whether I could wait and sit in the lobby area until the room was ready.
To my surprise, his response was: “Sir itne der thoda na baithne dete hai”, #Ravinder which I found extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. As a guest with a confirmed and paid booking, I was taken aback by this reply.
I have never heard such a response from any hospitality professional.
This experience was disappointing and does not reflect the basic standards of hospitality expected from a hotel. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and the concerned staff is guided accordingly to avoid such experiences for future guests.

Worst Hotel ever stayed

Service in terms of getting hot water is worst you can even imagine.
You can feel a moist smell in the rooms.
If its raining. You can see rain water falling over the stairs.
Hotel is at a place, where it is difficult to get a Ola/Uber or Auto.
There is no restaurant near by. You have to eat in the hotel.
Beds are very bad.
