Very bad experience...we usually visit Chennai thrice a year. One should avoid their facility.

Stayed for one night. The worst experience we have in our life. Location is very bad. They don't have kitchen facility, but claims of hygiene food. Rooms are very dirty, bed sheet were torn even towels are not new one. No ventilation in Bathroom. If you go for using telephone...connecting wire gets disconnected.
The worst experience we have when we checked out. Straight way they told okay ...done. They don't do the completion of our checking out closing data with bill. Very funny isn't it. We came out of hotel without breakfast, they only serve Dosa, with no other option.
Later when asked for bill over phone, they told their system is not working.
They should have clear paper work for their customers, which is missing greatly.
