Good decent family hotel with required facilities for travellers

Decent , comfortable hotel in prime location of Coimbatore city . Property is bit old but maintained and has good facilities and services . Nice room , prompt room service , good house keeping , underground car parking . Restaurant, bar . Food is very good . It's quite value for money hotel . We enjoyed our stay of one night .

The facilities in this hotel need to be improved. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy, and the showerhead could not function. Moreover, the wifi was not stable.
However, the services of this hotel impress me. Firstly, I got a newspaper in the morning from the hotel without charge. Then, when I waited for my taxi in the afternoon after checkout, the staff turned on the fan(then the air-conditioner) for me to cool down. It had been continued for 3 hrs. It's very considerate!
The hotel provides instant coffee and tea. Towels are well folded, as well as its bedsheet.

Average Stay, Not Worth the Price

The room and food were very average, offering nothing impressive, and certainly not worth the price. To make matters worse, the room spray was terrible and made the stay even more unpleasant..!

The hotel is very dirty -with dirty commodes , broken wash basins and filthy bed sheets and mattresses . The only good point is that it is close to the airport .
Extremely unfriendly towards customer . They don’t even supply drinking water in adequate quantity without charging . Charges are much higher than the value provided by them.
I Expedia app for the first time - disappointed with your choice of hotels .
