Excellent staff and food, Poorly maintained resort.
Pros: The room includes a table, chair, smart TV, cabinet, and a fully functional AC (even though the website incorrectly lists AC as unavailable). Sleep quality was generally good as noise levels were low, aside from occasional distant loudspeaker sounds from a nearby town.
Cons: The smell upon entering was unpleasant, and there were visible stains on both the bedsheets and pillows. The bathroom was unhygienic and had lizards inside. While an in-room telephone is provided, there appeared to be no clear line or instructions to connect to reception.
The resort itself was rundown, and not maintained. There is no pool. It has a lawn and the play area isn't usable. It has a very rustic, old-property charm with lush greenery, plenty of trees, and free-roaming birds/animals on-site (ducks, turkeys, and chickens), which gives it a distinct nature vibe. The noise level was low.
The on-site chef is fantastic, and the food was amazing, tasty, authentic, and served in good portions. You need to pre-order all meals roughly 4 hours in advance so the staff can prepare fresh dishes.
The price is significantly high for what is offered.
The standout aspect of this stay was the staff. Service was amazing—the team was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely tried their best to cater to all our needs.

The staff- Sundareswaran and Sounder are good- polite- humble. They tried to accomadate all our grievances- tried to solve the motor issue & AC cooling. But it is beyond their capacity.
