Decent hotel, clean rooms but not worth the price

Proximity to BITS Campus is the main advantage. Direct access from the main road and ample parking.
Staff are cooperative but too rigid. Even after staying in 3 rooms for three days, they didn’t agree to our request for late check out of one room at 1300 hrs, instead of 1200 noon. We had one 70+ yrs old lady with us and flight was at 1630. They could have easily cleaned the the room before the next check in in one hour.
Buffet spread was limited but decent. Restaurant service was ok type. We also availed one complimentary drop off to and pick up from BITS.
Rooms (particularly #306 was huge. Bathroom itself was more than 100sqft.
Floor was too rough and made of unpolished local stones.
But the commode flush button location is most awkward and useless. One cannot flush while still seated. Other times you have to hold the toilet seat in one hand and press the flush button by the other.
It’s really puzzling how one can make such a foolish arrangement. Even when I reported to the front desk, it appeared that it is not any issue for them.
Another drawback is that the hotel doesn’t have any lift and one cannot reach any room without encountering stairs.
Bathroom towels were clean, almost like new.
Another aspect worth mentioning is that the hotel does not serve liquor (as it is prohibited due to proximity to the Educational Institute)

Best Boutique Hotel Near Airport

Excellent location, close to the airport and BITS Pilani campus. I did not hear any noise from the aircrafts. The breakfast was very good and a long menu has been served even during the gas crisis, which I really appreciated. The restaurant staff and receptionists were very kind and helpful. The room floors are made of a type of stone that looks dusty, but they were actually clean.
