Just awful
No warm welcome whatsoever. Just rudely demanded our passports.
We asked for toilet paper for our room and were told to go outside to buy some.
We informed him that his booking.com profile listed various facilities I.e. a tour desk. Again he told us to go outside. He also claimed they didn’t do food- we saw other guests eating and ordering room service.
Would advise people to not stay here! Not clean- bathroom was filthy. Bed was akin to sleeping on concrete.

Very Bad hotel
Rooms are not clean, dirty area. Does not maintain properly the hotel furnishes. Service of this hotel truely disgusting

Pretty decent budget hotel
Sans the first impression I would say the hotel was good enough, the staff were friendly and helpful. They actually helped us find the address of Gati warehouse where our bikes were coming and helped us with other small things.
The room given to us was spacious and clean. The lien was also washed and clean. The blankets provided was soft and nice.
Toilets was also clean and useable ( something that we found dirty in other seemingly good hotels we checked out previously) and yes we had hot water ( geyser worked)
A TV was provided and it worked well.
I wont say the stay was luxurious but for a budget hotel we couldn't have asked for more
I don't exactly remember how the food was as we probably had food from there once but I believe it was good as we cant recollect any dissatisfaction.
The hotel has a decent parking space in front of it. Only draw back I felt was the lack of proper charging points as there were two of us and multiple gadgets that needed to be charged :-) but other than that we were satisfied with the hotel.
I believe we paid Rs1400/- for a double room with AC ( AC was effective)
I will stay there gain
