I stayed at Bunk Hostel for 3–4 days, and it was a wonderful experience. The manager, Preeti, was extremely warm and welcoming. She interacted with me very kindly, made me feel comfortable throughout my stay, and even suggested some amazing hidden spots to explore in Delhi.
If you stay here, you will definitely get a homely vibe because everyone is very friendly, caring, and makes genuine efforts to ensure guests feel comfortable and engaged.
Whenever you visit Delhi, I would highly recommend staying at Bunk Hostel.

dirtiest place I've ever stayed

If I were to say this is the dirtiest place I've ever stayed, I would not be exaggerating. There is no door closer, so it's impossible to know when the hostel's pet cats might end up sleeping with you at night. When I raised my concerns at the reception, no one listened. The manager, Surinder, was particularly unhelpful and unprofessional.

Terrific

My stay at The Bunk New Delhi was disappointing overall.
Most of the staff were decent, but the front desk staff member, Divya, was extremely unprofessional. She was rude, dismissive, and clearly lacks basic communication and hospitality skills. Handling guest concerns seemed beyond her capability, which caused unnecessary hassle.
What’s worse, she openly argued with cleaning staff and guests, speaking to them in a disrespectful and demeaning manner. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting and ruins the environment for everyone.
The front desk is the face of any property, and in this case, it failed badly. Management seriously needs to address this and fix the attitude and professionalism of such staff.

MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. I have been to many hostels in Delhi and even outside the country, but this experience sucks.
Bunk is the only place I’ve regretted staying at. There is this stupid lady who walks straight into a dorm of 8 males without even knocking. What kind of manners are these? After trying to politely teach that idiot some basic manners, that dumb employee (or whatever she may be called) instead called people from downstairs to fight rather than acknowledging the issue. Genuinely, she had not been to a school and this hostel is terrible.
Very uneducated and ill-mannered staff. The door doesn’t have stoppers. The male sleeping dorm has a camera inside the room. The washrooms are filthy. Passage so narrow that I couldn't enter with my trekking bag at once. The walls were broken and the environment was shaddy.
I regret staying there even for one night and had to get out of that crappy place. Highly not recommended. Please don't book this place with some fools running around managing the property.
