The only positive experience during my stay was that, although the official check-in time is 10:30 AM, the hotel provided my room at around 9:00 AM, which I truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was disappointing:
Upon entering the room, I noticed that one of the light sockets was broken.
There were numerous stains and marks on the walls, making the room look poorly maintained and unhygienic.
The duvet cover had visible yellow food stains. As I am a hotelier, I could easily tell that the previous guest's linen had not been changed before my check-in. After I reported the issue, the staff replaced the duvet.
The room telephone was not working. I had to call the hotel's mobile number repeatedly, and my call was answered only after the third attempt. Although I requested them to repair the telephone, no action was taken .
My mobile network signal was poor inside the room, so I had to rely on the hotel's Wi-Fi. I tried calling the hotel multiple times for assistance. However, despite calling more than three times, no one answered. As the room telephone was also out of order, I had no other way to contact the front desk, which was extremely frustrating.
What concerned me the most was that the housekeeping staff entered my room wearing slippers. This gave me the impression that proper hygiene standards were not being followed and made me feel that my room was becoming even more unhygienic. Such practices are unacceptable in the hospitality industry and reflect poorly on the hotel's housekeeping standards.

As a hotelier myself, I understand that occasional mistakes can happen. However, basic cleanliness, hygiene, preventive maintenance, and prompt guest service are fundamental expectations in the hospitality industry. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its housekeeping standards, room maintenance, and overall guest service so that future guests have a much better experience.
