The rooms are immaculately clean, thoughtfully appointed with modern amenities, and filled with gentle city light that makes every morning feel like a blessing. The staff carry themselves with a quiet grace and genuine warmth that goes far beyond hospitality — they make you feel not like a guest, but like family. The authentic Gujarati Thali served in the restaurant is a feast for the soul — a beautiful, generous spread of flavours that tastes exactly like home. Worst ever experience stay in Hotel park royal

Worst Hotel Experience – Not Recommended
* The hotel staff initially confirmed a charge of ₹9,000 for 3 days over the phone. However, after reaching the property, they suddenly increased the charges by ₹2,000.
* Since we had already reached the location, shifting to another property was difficult, so we had no practical option but to continue our stay.
* In the morning, the staff did not answer calls for room service, and there was often no one available at the reception/counter.
* When we asked the junior staff, we were told that no service is provided before 9:00 AM, which is very disappointing for a hotel.
* They also charged ₹500 for a broken plastic key card, whereas such a card would normally cost around ₹50–₹100 at most.
* Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, particularly because of the unexpected charges, poor service, and lack of transparency.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please be careful and confirm all charges in writing before booking.

One of the worst experiences—pathetic food, horrible service, rude staff. Zero professionalism. Waste of money. Avoid.

This was the worst dining experience of my life.
The Paneer Chilli Roll was soaked in stale oil, and the Chinese thali was again prepared with stale oil, making the food completely inedible. Serving such food is unacceptable and a serious failure of hygiene and quality standards.
Even after complaining, no action was taken—no replacement, no apology, and no response from the staff.
This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is shocking. Total waste of money. Avoid this place at all costs.

Nice budget Hotel near Dwarkadhish temple

This hotel is a nice property.
Nice location, near Dwarkadhish temple in Dwarka.
Spacious and upmarket rooms.
Restaurant was good and serves tasty food.
Also have the facility of Driver accommodation

Decent stay

Nice hotels for dwarka visit. Most attractions walkable. Small but modern rooms. Short distance from railway station.
