Three star hotel

Stayed last week in hotel atul regency katra, is one one the best hotel as per price and service, hotel is located jammu road katra, there food is awesome, mr Baldev is very nice person

awesome rooms and very nice foodwith good staff behaviour.munish singh good person

We stayed there for one day. Rooms are good and clean. Hot water facilty is available.Food is average .Staff is cooperative and helpful. Reception Staff is also very nice .Prices are reasonable and affordable. reception person sandeep very help full.

Bad experience

Worst experience...Expensive rooms, no intercom facility, food quality is not good and alsob lste services. We hire 7rooms after getting there but within 15min we cancelled 1 room but still they charge for 2 days for that room and make us fool.
U can get better rooms and facilities at this price.

Expensive rotten dirty rooms

The upkeep and cleanliness levels of the hotels are close to a shanty. The door handles, latches are old, broken. Linen is dirty. Bed head rests and furniture covers are torn. Bathroom is dirty and staff never bothers to sweep the floor even if your stay is for more than a day. Wifi is not available and list goes on and on. On the other hand the rental of the hotel is expensive looking at the level of experience it provides to guests. Refer to the pics
