Excellent location and atmosphere

Good experience amazing location and friendly staff good room and balcony excellent view and river , room also well maintained and clean. The resort located the center of cardamom plantation so our stay at forest haven good experience. We are come again ❤️❤️❤️

I had a terrible experience at Forest Haven Resort, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Despite being advertised as a 3-star hotel, the quality of the rooms and facilities was more like that of a local lodge. We booked a standard room for ₹6500 for two days, but when we arrived, the room smelled awful—like something had died. It was on the ground floor with no balcony and had old, worn-out furniture, including a large, uncomfortable bed and a broken headrest. The room was so small we couldn’t sleep comfortably, so we requested a new one.
They charged us an additional ₹1000 for an “upgraded” room on the second floor, but this room was just as disappointing. It was small, with no cupboard, no sofa, a small TV that didn’t work, no kettle,no intercome and no AC. The only saving grace was a tiny balcony that could barely fit one person. The bathroom was in terrible condition—there were dead insects on the walls, and the toilet seat was filthy. The cleanliness was severely lacking throughout the room.
On the positive side, the breakfast was okay, and the staff were friendly, but the resort lacked basic services like luggage assistance. We had to carry our bags up two floors ourselves. For almost ₹8000, this was a complete waste of money. The resort offers very poor value for the price, with minimal facilities and terrible upkeep. Even a hospital room has more amenities than this place. Avoid staying here if you can.

Keralian forest beauty feelings

It was nice experience to stay in resort in forest the staff was very deciplined and well mennered room services are great food was also delicious. Overall we have the best time the resort. We already recommand your resorts to our friends and relatives who will visit Kerala in sort time. May be I myself book forest heven resort for them when their trip is orgsnized

Nature view Property

Hotel is very amazing and the view is also very nice. The natural swimming pool which is 800mtr from hotel is amazing. Rooms are not very good but managable. Food is not very tasty better to your own arrangements.

This hotel is near perfect! Great location, attractive public rooms, comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, attentive service, good breakfasts and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Well done to all concerned!
